Mark Klaas on now, joran is reckless and sloppy.  no way he's going to carry natalee's body to the middle of the swamp.  if he did dump her there, it was by the perimeter.

still no mention to dave of the name of the swamp/marsh...

Joran van der Sloot is so arrogant.  He appears to know that he is untouchable by the Aruban justice system.  Not one of his differing confessions has warranted an arrest.  He is laughing all the way to the bank.

Justice for Natalee Holloway never stood a chance.

I believe this is the same pond that they originally attempted to drain back in July 2005.  Remember we thought there was an ambulance there.  They stopped draining the pond because they claimed it kept filling back up?

If this is the same pond I'm speaking of, they pulled a body out of a man that had been there for 3 + years and the purse with the rocks and the machete. Also, this was the pond where the helicopter landed and the Aruban Authorities got out of it and then the guys in the bio-suits went down the bank and they had the flood lights set up -

I doubt there is anything there that couldn't have been found before.

Very few people could possibly loan gambling money. Especially to a 17 year old.
Casino manager or a Casino Owner.

These type of loans are normally offered to people who CAN pay it back quick.

I remember when Luis M. took back his casino by raising the rent so high on the building..
He even took it while it was running and kept all the employees working.
The man who lost the casino appeared to be... um.. well, he did not say any bad words about the situation..

1.  In Joran's confession to Patrick, he claims Natalee had a seizure and died.  Then he/they took her out to sea.

2.  In the new confession, he's claiming that Natalee fell and died and he put her body in the pond near the Marriott.


I believe parts of both can be true.  The pond near the Marriott is where the gardener though he saw Deepak's car.  It's right near the Fishermans Huts.  This could be where he HID her body until the following night.  By the following night PVDS helped arrange her disposal at sea. 

What happened prior to Natalee dieing and who was involved is anyones guess now.  My guess after following the case, is that Natalee was given a date rape drug and she was raped then slipped into a coma after having a seizure.  They (Joran and his father) couldn't let her body be found because it would show she had been given drugs and forcibly raped.

At the time, Dan @ RWV (who was being fed s_ _ _ by Renfro) claimed the pond was being re-filled by "natural springs". I think it was because they were pumping the water out and being re-circulated right back to the pond!!!!

I'll never forget this. The helicopter went back and forth over the pond in a grid pattern and then landed. Later we discovered that was the Aruban helicopter with the Aruban Flag on the side.

The feed then went to Greta and she let it roll a little longer ... they brought in the firetrucks and pumped the pond for 3 days... and one or two pumps broke or failed ..

Okay, the one with the firetrucks was the one I was thinking of.  I think that's the same one you were posting pictures of earlier today, right Rob?

Joran only told that part because he knows she wasn't left there.

They couldn't take a chance of a dog picking up the scent, or any number of things that could have revealed the location.

She was moved again, where she wouldn't be found.

To a fish trap in the ocean, 1-2 miles out in 90 feet of water.

Isn't it convenient that one week after there's FINALLY confirmation of human remains in that fish trap...that this story that's sat on the shelves for months...that no one cared to air...comes out?

Joran would have stood back and called an ambulance and claimed to know nothing.
He recieved her how she was.. How would he know she was using drugs ?

She had evidence on or in her body. That is why she was disposed of..
