A mangrove swamp in the area of the hotel was drained on June 14, 2005.  The van der Sloot property was search on June 15, 2005.  If there had been any case related evidence ... it had been destroyed/moved in that two week period.

I am almost positive that there is nothing case related in regards to Natalee Holloway to be found in any pond/marsh/swamp on that Island UNLESS ... it has been planted.

The very fact that a password is needed and set-up by the originator of the posting account says alot if you ask me. Armin had a Mac... I wonder if Clyde had one too.. I have no idea.

 ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A SeaWorld spokesman says a killer whale that attacked and killed a trainer in Orlando is the same one involved in two other deaths, including a Canada trainer's.

SeaWorld spokesman Fred Jacobs says the whale that killed 40-year-old trainer Dawn Brancheau in front of a horrified audience Wednesday is Tilikum.

Tilikum was one of three whales blamed for killing a trainer in 1991 at Sealand of the Pacific in Victoria, British Columbia.

A man's body was also found draped over Tilikum at Orlando SeaWorld in July 1999.

Daniel Dukes reportedly made his way past security at SeaWorld and either jumped, fell or was pulled into the frigid water of Tilikum's huge tank.

An autopsy ruled that he died of hypothermia, but authorities said it appeared Tilikum bit the man and tore off his swimming trunks

In his Suspect statement ... Joran places himself at the Racquet Ball Club as well as the Mariott Beach on the evening of May 30, 2005.

Joran declares that he did not check to see if Natalee was "still lying there" while walking the beach search for his shoes.  Why would Joran's thought process even go there if he did not already know that Natalee was deceased?

Could the mangroves have been a temporary hiding place.  Joran brings up the mangrove bushes in the Road Ranger recording and ... a mangrove swamp was drained on June 15, 2005.

Joran van der Sloot - June 14, 2005 - Suspect Statement

At approximately 19.15 pm I left on foot for the Wyndham Hotel. I was alone. My tennis gear I had left behind the bar at the Raquet club. I had also removed my tennis shoes and left them in the bag behind. I had taken from my tennis bag a pair of slippers and walked away on those. From the clubhouse I walked in the direction of Salinja to the Marriot Hotel. I walked along the same route that Deepak had taken to drop off me and Natalee. At the beach of the Marriot I tried for a little while to find my shoes. They were nowhere to be found. I looked for about two minutes. Then I walked over the beach to the Wyndham Hotel. On the way there I saw a lot of people. I did not go to Fisherman's Hut to see if Natalee was still lying there. I at that moment was more worried about the shoes that I had left behind because I was unaware that Natalee had gone missing.

If Natalee's body had been hidden in that swamp ... it would have been moved long before the search on June 14, 2005.

ORANJESTAD(AAN): Information DIARIO investigated the whole weekend is what happened with the letter which was sent directly to the attorney general at the Public Ministry by the Holloway and Twitty families to remove those mentioned by name, those in the investigative team orchestrated by the very same Public Ministry.

Dave Holloway, in a secret meeting with prosecutor Flanegin: on the basis of information we have continued to find and search for, about the people in our own Public Ministry, we have been able to uncover that Dave Holloway had a secret meeting with prosecutor Flanegin who apparently got the green light from the attorney general to speak with Dave Holloway in secret.

It is well known that the relationship between the chief prosecutor Karen Jansen and the attorney general Teresa Croes Fernandez-Pedra is not one of the best and because of this, communication between the two is not very good.

Still, it can be recalled how they had a disagreement with each other when the prosecutor notified the attorney general via a letter that it would be best if her daughter didn’t act as spokesperson for the Public Ministry in the case of the disappearance of Natalee, given that she looked like a kid.

This and more, was the reason that the relationship between the two of them turned bad. The day that Dave Holloway was in Aruba he conversed with prosecutor Flanegin and on the basis of this conversation some days later came the scathing letter demanding the removal of three people on the investigative team.

Still, one can recall the letter that appeared in DIARIO where it was asked to pull prosecutor Karen Jansen, Commissioner Dompig and investigator Dennis Cabez [Jacobs?]

This meeting took place at the invitation of Dave Holloway who called prosecutor Flanegin, who in turn asked for the attorney general’s permission who also gave her the green light. In this meeting were present Dave Holloway, prosecutor Flanegin and another American whose name was not released.

We at the local press cannot help the whole situation when there’s a public ministry or [cos robez?] who speaks to the American press which turns against the public ministry.

We hope that the public ministry also breaks the silence they have held so that everyone knows the truth or better still how this case is going and in this way everything ends because the real problem is being caused as much as for Aruba as for the public ministry itself where the attorney general is barbarically failing with her working system.

Who knows? There may be an Armin Solognier and an Armin Solagnier, as we have seen both family names in Aruba. However, we know the one we are interested in is Armin Solognier. Everything we have links directly to him. IMO, the most likely explanation is that the "source" inadvertently spelled it as Solagnier.

Hi vms, I have been saying for a while now that the Sologniers are the correct people. I think I stated that to Finbar more than once. I was trying to point everyone in the right direction. LOL

I am wondering at this point with all the close names.....if.....there is an illegal driver's licencing scam going  in order to falsify passports, etc.  This is just too crazy.  Who are the missing people who have similar names and have had their ID stolen and reused by those who do not belong where they are?  This ID in the hands of forgers with the right equipment, such as an illegal operation can have no limits to the names they used of the dead and living.   Jackb
