GOBLES — Police are searching for a 14-year-old Gobles girl who ran away from home last month and has not been seen or heard from since, authorities said.

Andrea Sue Myers, was last seen at about 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 28 at her grandparents’ residence in the 7000 block of 38 1/2 Street in Gobles, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office.

Andrea’s grandparents told deputies the teen left their residence on her bicycle and was upset with family members at the time, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

Police said deputies have checked different locations in their search for Andrea but so far have not located her. Deputies have received tips that Andrea may possibly be in Kalamazoo or Otsego.

Andrea is described as a white female, about 5 feet 1 inch tall and about 150 pounds. She has brown, shoulder-length hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and light blue jeans.

Deputies ask that anyone with information about Andrea’s whereabouts to call the sheriff’s office at 269-657-3101 or contact Silent ******* at 269-343-2100 or 1-866-774-2345. Police said residents can also call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.

I do not see her here. She is a 14 yr. old runaway...she should be listed at missing kids.
