I know right....OMG, thats easy enough to solvem give her one and ask wuestion that they know the truth too, like her name and her age and how old she was when she started smoking and what grade did she complete in school and when  and where did she meet Ronald, stuff like that, see if she passes that one, if she does, then they will know if she can pass or not,,,,so stupid.

Per Art Harris on NG supposedly cousin Joe and Tommy took Haleigh because they could not find a gun that was supposed to be there.   Hmmm I highly doubt it, but is this the same gun that supposedly Ron put in his mouth later when he threatened suicide??

Misty Croslin And The Lie Detector Tests

It was with great humor that I read the BOMBSHELL news that Misty Croslin has failed a ‘Secret’ lie detector test. She has failed several polygraphs previously, why would this one be any different?

Tonight I decided to do something I rarely do, I decided to see what was happening on TV’s version of the National Enquirer, otherwise known as Nancy Grace on HLN.

After the BOMSHELL, EXCLUSIVE, And Breaking News nonsense, we got a taste of what these might be. A jail house letter that apparently Misty has written concerning the events on the night of Haleigh Cummings disappearance, and the rumor swirling around about Misty failing yet another polygraph.

Nancy starts the show with “Lets go right out to Satsuma, Florida, Art Harris what is the story”?

Art Harris was no nearer to Satsuma than the CNN studio in Atlanta for over a year. That was obvious by the  studio background that was used. It is a minor thing, but when reporting with credibility, you should try and keep to the facts.

So after an hour of old video, and rhetoric there was actually no mention of the BOMBSHELL letter. This letter has been the clarion call from the Art Harris/Nancy Grace team for over a week.

It is possible that it exists, but it is very unlikely that either Art Harris or Nancy Grace have it in their possession. I would find it hard to believe that Nancy or Art could sit on this information for more than 5 minutes! Of course it is possible that Art lost the letter. He seems to be good at losing stuff, computers, important tapes, etc. But he also seems to have the luck of the Irish, when the time is right, these missing items seem to be found again.

The other BOMBSHELL was the latest failed polygraph by Misty Croslin. According to one source it was a ‘Secret Police Polygraph’, and Misty failed it miserably. As best I can tell Misty has failed at least 3 or 4 prior tests. Why would this one be different?

This program was not BOMBSHELL but BULLS**T.

Now that does puzzle me. Put together with the story about the prize assault rifle, makes me ponder RC's words:  CUMMINGS: Please bring my daughter home. She`s not yours. She`s not property. You know, she`s not something that you just take and say, it`s mine, or whatever.

Man charged with possession of child porn

For the second time in less than two weeks, Historic City News has learned that Flagler County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a man for possession of child pornography.

Mark Twain Spurlock, 32, of Pine Crest Lane, was being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility Saturday on 50 counts of possession of child pornography. His bond has been set at $250,000.

Spurlock was arrested on a warrant by Sheriff’s detectives at his home Friday evening.
Detectives began their investigation when Spurlock’s wife contacted the Sheriff’s Office with suspicions that her husband had downloaded the pornography onto a computer they shared. At that time, the computer was turned over to Sheriff’s investigators. Detectives sent the computer to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s forensic lab which downloaded the images and a warrant was obtained for Spurlock’s arrest.

“Child pornography is a malignant growth on society today, especially with the easy access provided by the Internet. This growth needs to be removed and removed permanently. Part of the solution is identifying those who download this filth,” said Flagler County Sheriff Donald W. Fleming.

Haleigh Cummings – Caylee Anthony – And Others

Jan and I just wanted to let everyone know that we will be running our regular Sunday radio program, at 3pm Central (4 pm eastern) on Blog Talk Radio.

There is a great deal to talk about, and you can rest assured that we will be!

Both Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony have been in the news this week. One major sideshow in the Haleigh Cummings investigation came to a screeching halt on Wednesday. William Cobra Staubs no longer has a several felony charges against him, he can continue with his life. The 13-15 year jail threat was reduced to a one year probation, the terms of which made me laugh. He can carry guns, he can hang out with bad folks, he can go and have a Rum and Coke, he is free to travel where he wishes, and whenever he wishes. Probation check in will be monthly, but it will be done via mail. A postcard from Disney World! He has agreed that during the next 12 months he will not do any Investigative or Bond related work in Putnam County or the three adjacent counties. As Cobra is in the Ft Lauderdale area, this hardly seems like much of an encumbrance.

A sector of the press is pushing hard on the story that Misty Croslin has failed yet another Polygraph test. My take on that is ’so what’? She has failed so many before, where is the news on her failing another?

One of the very few pieces of tabloid news that came out this week concerned Misty Croslin’s brother Tommy. He sits in jail facing drug trafficking charges, as does his sister, and Haleigh Cummings father Ronald Cummings. In a carefully worded comment Tommy’s attorney suggested that maybe his client was not at the Cummings mobile home on the night that Haleigh disappeared.

In the Caylee Anthony case we have some allegations that just blow my mind. In the style of Tiger Woods, we have some woman coming forward with claims of having an affair with George Anthony. While few would leap into bed with Cindy Anthony, I find it equally unlikely that George would be a great catch. At least Tiger has money!

Jan has been covering some other cases this week, and we will be exploring them as well.

People always love to ask who is going to be on the panel, well the short answer is I do not know. But I do know that they will be well informed and knowledgeable on the cases.

thanks for the story, but again putting the results out in the public serves no one but you, wouldn’t LE have been better served to just say Misty took another test as part on an ongoing investigation and used her lying again to extract statements from the others? Just saying, saying Misty flunked miserably will only add to the already smug egos some of the players already have, because most of us knew already Misty and truthfulness are like oil and water

I think most folks would disagree; if you wanted a controlled press, you can find one in China. I told LE what I was going to report, asked for official comment, gave them a day to respond, even asked for guidance if what I’d discovered might hurt the investigation. I got silence, and took it as a green light that they had more respect for the process than you do–and our extra efforts to get it right — and more were not going to try to pressure us to sit on a story they had not “released.”
Would you prefer we sit here and twiddle and wait for press releases to report? It’s not even a close call; our readers and the public’s right to know the course of an unsolved missing child case crying out for a break, far outweighs your willingness to sit on a newsworthy story, even if it’s bad news for the investigation. I’d like to hear what others think. Art
