this is old news again from Nancy Grace, you would like she and art would at least report up to date news when they rehash the old stuff, this case doesn't get enough attention now as it is and for them to only report news that is 3 weeks or more is FRUSTRATING!!!

I would keep the dog and get rid of Tommy.  Her mother must be overcome with disappointment with LC choice of a husband.

LC has a future with her nursing, what kind of future does her husband have? 

I agree - I would not bring the children to the jailhouse,  I don't feel it is good for kids to see the dark side of their Dad. The kid's need to have their little mind free of worry.

Haleigh Cummings – Caylee Anthony And Others Update – BNN Radio Sun Apr/11

We will be running our regular radio program on Sunday at 3pm central. There has been much information released recently in both the Caylee Anthony and Haleigh Cummings cases. None of it has been flattering for the defense teams.

One news organization is claiming that yet another Lie Detector Test has been administered in the search for Haleigh Cummings. The problem is, what does it prove? Very little. There are two very different cases running in the Haleigh Cummings saga, the search for the missing girl, and the whole drug dealing aspect. Tommy Croslin supposedly took a Polygraph on Thursday, however, we do not know the questions, responses, or the results.

It is doubtful that if this poly did in fact take place the subject matter was the drug charge, as Tommy Croslin seems to have done a perfect job of admitting guilt on the subject of drugs in his recorded jail visits. If this poly involved anything, it would have to involve the night that Haleigh disappeared, and his going to the residence around 10pm to find no lights on, and no answer when he knocked on the door.

In the Caylee Anthony case we have lots of jail letters that have hit the streets. At first sight, and in fact under scrutiny, they do little to support the defense efforts. I have no doubt that Baez and the kids will be rushing to the judge to get these letters out of the evidence list. I will just bet that the defense team are eating Tums like candy.

We will also be giving some updates on the other cases that we have been following.

ST. JOHN'S COUNTY, Fla. -- Investigators released a recent jailhouse call between Misty Croslin and her father.

Croslin is in jail on drug charges and is believed to be the last peroson to see Haleigh Cummings before the little girl disappeared in February 2009.

When Hank Croslin visited Misty, she complained about the way she is being treated in jail.

"We wrote the governor, we wrote the sheriff, we wrote everybody," Misty said. "It's bull crap."

During the call, Misty said she does not thinks he will receive a fair trial on the drug trafficking charged. She calls her $1.3 million bail ridiculous and said her jail time is unwarranted.

"They just targeted you for the Haleigh case, that's why you're in there right now," Hank Croslin said.

"They can't us that against me, dad." Misty said, "this is two different things, they cannot do that."

Hank Croslin also urged Misty to tell police everything she knows about Haleigh's disappearance, even if it means giving investigators information about her ex-husband, Ronald Cumming.
