Misty has been in St. Johns County jail on drug charges unrelated to the case, but CNN has confirmed she isn't there any longer.

It is unclear if Misty Croslin, Haleigh's former stepmother, is with the other family members. She has been in St. Johns County jail on drug charges unrelated to the case, but is no longer there. However, the public information officer for St. Johns County Office confirmed that Croslin remains in custody.

  So I'm not sure where she is

Ditto here too.............obviously something very serious has been learned, now whether or not that leads to her  (can't type out the words) remains to be seen, but I'm praying sooooooooooo hard right now and expecting a miracle for all those who love her and want her to be buried with dignity

Hi Darla, all caught up and I hope you are right. I 'heard' Levi Page told Tricia at WS that Joe was going to be arrested.......if this is true...nothing like alerting him
