We'll see Rob.  Personally I think they are ALL guilty!

So do I.  I have felt since early on that Ron's mother (TN) knew Ron and Misty were both involved in the the disappearance of her granddaughter.  She has always upheld Misty when the world knew that Misty was not being forthright.  Then there was that quicky marriage between Ron and Misty in the midst of everything.

I wonder if there was not some sort of weight involved.  After all this time to expect anything to be in the same area of water would seem to be a long shot.  Wasn't there initially some talk about cement blocks around the home? I wonder if something like that wasn't used a weight.

I think I even stated the very same thing after watching that first interview.......it reminded me so much of Susan SMith it was creepy

personally, I think Ron was at work. And he did love Misty - and then he used that lame excuse to 'keep your enemies close' when he married her. Come on, who marries a woman that was last seen with your missing daughter. He did that cause Misty meant more to him than Haleigh. I believe that Misty involved someone else in whatever happened before - during and after. I'm not sure that Ron is involved more than being told sometime after - but who knows.

Ron made have rationalized in his mind - what's done is done. People are sick.

They did make mention that they were looking 3 to 5 feet under the silt.  They said that they had laptops down there so they must have pretty sophisticated equipment

Yes they are, thank you so ,much, and I sure hope that this is the end of this nightmare, poor poor HaLeigh, and I think the same way, Misty and one other person knows what happened and this one other person is the one telling now......this is so sad,

I agree, they need to keep a close eye on her, this is enough to drive a sane person crazy and may cause them to do something they normally wouldnt.

Suspect In Custody In Haleigh Investigation

SATSUMA, Fla. -- Investigators were back out in Satsuma, Fla. looking for clues in the Haleigh Cummings investigation Tuesday. She's the 5-year-old girl who disappeared from her bed in her father's mobile home 14 months ago.

Sources told WFTV a suspect is in custody, but wouldn't provide any additional details. WFTV spoke to Haleigh's grandmother, but she said she's not allowed to talk about the search.

Investigators would not give out the exact location of the search, to keep onlookers away. They would only say it's near previous searches for the girl where they believe some "physical evidence" related to the case may be.

"A search is currently being conducted as the result of one of the many leads received thus far in this case. The area being searched is in the Satsuma area of Putnam County. The exact location is not being released at this time in an attempt to prevent unnecessary congestion from onlookers. Although various resources are being utilized to conduct this search, it is just one of many operations conducted during this investigation. Due to the sensitivity of this investigation, the name of the person providing the tip and the physical evidence alleged to be in this area, will not be released," investigators wrote in a release issued Tuesday.

The girl's father, Ronald Cummings, and former stepmother, Misty, are in jail facing drug trafficking charges. Police said those charges are unrelated to the missing child.

Is this lil drug infested slore giving it up now in hopes for a reduced sentence?    Guess she didnt care how family members have been suffering for so long.   Sorry, I'm having a hard time buying the scared excuse coming from her.
