Melbourne man arrested on drug charges

FLORIDA TODAY • February 24, 2010

Melbourne police Wednesday served a search warrant at an apartment on 2721 Caribbean Isle Drive in connection with a month-long drug investigation.

Tennyson Bailey, 39, who was arrested during the raid faces charges of sale of Oxycodone, possession of Alprazolam and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Melbourne police SWAT team was used to enter the apartment. A search produced a handgun, 4 grams of Alprazolam and drug paraphernalia, according to Melbourne police. Additional charges are pending, Melbourne police said.

It appears to me that Misty claimed herself to be indigent (broke with no support or finances) which means she cannot afford an attorney.   If you ask me Misty dug herself deeper by her statements to family caught on jail surveillance video saying that her attorney wasnt doing anything.   Fields also was against Misty & her family dealing with Lenny - to me that says she no longer has him representing her by her choice or his
