Art states that RC was returning home from a 'swing shift'....OK..what does that mean?  I allowed it to ping in my brain for awhile:)  A swing shift is when you are at work for a few hours off, for a few hours and back again for a few more hour's?

I had no clue either, so I googled it, it's 4pm to midnight which is what we finally heard his hours were from Shoey after MONTHS of thinking they were 3-3, still really have no clue as PDM has been so hush hush about it.

 PDM has been very disciplined in keeping information hush hush. I wish NG world ask questions about the 90 phone calls.

Like I said, I wondered the same thing myself I remember Shoey saying he worked overtime and was doing odd jobs and not on the crane that night, but PDM and the employees have very quiet, and obviously concerned about Ron, especially when they had to place security there for a few days IIRC after Ron was fired.

I wish NG would ask ANY serious question, but if it paints her lil Ron in a bad light, I noticed that she tends to shy away from those IYKWIM The 90 phone calls has me baffled, I was shocked at 20 calls and hearing Ron never left to go check on the kids, but 90 puts it into a whole new spectrum for me

I am sorry IDK who Shoey is but he must be very informative.  I do remember Papa was very informed about the time clock.
RC's Attorney was trying to snow us thinking the new time clock that was installed before RC left the company and the information was wrong, because Papa sent a letter to verify it wasn't true - that baloney the ATTN. tried to get away with.
NG must be suffering from 'change of life', she has turned into a weak woman.

i had a job right after HS, that had a swing shift
i worked one week..8am-4pm
the next week...12am-8am
the next week...4pm-12am
then it switched an rotated again, every 3 weeks
drove me nuts, never knew what time of day it was

i think rc was working 2nd shift with overtime

  Someone posted on twitter that cousin Joe is a registered SO..........anyone here have a link. I have searched 4 states and couldn't find anything about him being a registered SO

IM....if I remember correctly, wasn't Cousin Joe the cousin who had "messed" with Misty and was arrested for that? I could be confusing him with another guy who had "messed" with Misty....I think that there were a few who she accused of "messing" with her which we had talked about in the beginning of this case....I bet Heart or Brandi will remember or have notes on this...

No, that was Jeremy Miller....I know it's hard to keep them all straight. I was just wondering if anyone found any records of cousin Joe being registered because it was on twitter and I'd looked in 4 states and never found any record. I thinks she's up to WBG, JM, Tommy messing with her......oh and cousin Joe at this point

He is not on the national registry but I do recall that he was in "Impulse control" treatment here in Michigan - I recall researching it early on.

Swing shifts are sometimes call rotating shifts. I worked them for 15 yrs. 7 days 8AM-4:PM.......2 days off then 7 days 4 pm-12pm.......2 days off..... then 7 nights 12am-8 am..... then 5 days off and start over again. We had two weekends off per month. It messes with your mind. I have woken up in the middle of the night thinking I overslept and have actually got dressed to go into work and it would be my day off.

It is going to be another busy weekend for BNN on the radio. On Sunday at 3pm (central) we will be running our weekly look back at the Haleigh Cummings case. Some might say that there is no new news, they would be wrong. There are lots of topics to chew over.

Here is one that you can mull over. When Kim Picazio filed her Bar Complaint response she made it clear, crystal clear, that Art Harris had been retained as a media advisor to assist in the rehabilitation of Crystal Sheffield’s reputation The entire set of documents are here. Art was furious when this information was made public. In fact I was told by a source very, very, close to the case that Mr. Harris actually asked Ms. Picazio to retract part of her evidence, particularly the incriminating evidence that implicated Art as being a hired gun. This week the Bald Truth has been busting a ball on Nancy Grace, “they need to look at cousin Joe”, we have heard this so many times it is a joke. Who is he working for now?  Even Nancy Grace seems to be rolling her eyes about this one. Is Art back on the Sheffield payroll?

Leonard Padilla is also doing his best to re-insert himself into not just this case, but also the Caylee Anthony case. What is interesting is that the lawyers involved are giving him a big ‘thumbs down’.  Of course the final decision has to reside with the client, will Misty jump at the chance of springing free and owing the Big Hatted one $135K?

Over on the Caylee side it would appear that the folks holding the mortgage for George and Cindy Anthony have had enough. Bank Of America have filed a foreclosure notice. The only surprising part about this is that the bank waited for 9 months to take this action. Apparently the last payment received was in May/2009.

One has to wonder what happened to the $100k that George and Cindy received from a well known TV cable station to use the photos? One also wonders why the Anthony’s decided to go on a cruise rather than pay the mortgage?

There is also news in the Somer Thompson case. TJ Hart is closer to this one than I am, I will just wait for his update on Sunday.

My understanding of swing shift is late afternoon to appr. midnight. There is day shift early morning till late afternoon and of course, graveyard (nights) midnight to  early morning.

We know for a fact that PDM only has two shifts, days and swing. Time appr. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (a half hour lunch) and 3:30 to midnight (half hour lunch).

These are my approximations based on having had many shifts and from what locals have heard.

We know for sure there were only two shifts because LE was staked out on TWO shifts after RC was fired. They were there for safety reasons.
