Haleigh Marie Cummings #31 2/20/10 - 4/13/10

I was laying in bed last night thinking and I am wondering if maybe Crystal might have a ponytail holder or a hair brush with a few strands of Haleigh's hair left in it that she could give to Le and then they could test it for drugs that maybe MC might have given to her on nights that she wanted to party?.....If MC drugged Haleigh the night that she went missing I bet that it was not the first time it was done. I so wish that they would have tested Junior....

There is no doubt in my mind more so than ever that this self-absorbed little tart knows exactly what happened to Haleigh & her brother helped her to get out of it.   I dont believe for a second that she was "passed out."   My wide screen is in jeopardy because if I see that tape just one more time to have to listen to her me, me, me & she "dont know nuffin" I might just throw that pillow way too hard...o and this beeotch thinks she's beautiful, seriously??!!

Im still mystified that she was not arrested & put in jail for endangering the welfare of a minor, even child neglect based on her own words that she was on a 3 day binge from being high as a kite & rode hard -- this case would have taken a much quicker turn if this jobless wondernot would have been incarcerated from the getgo with no possibility of getting bailed out from her  toxic family.

That so called father, Ron had no business what so ever allowing his two little children being babysat by her. He also should have some child neglect charges thrown his way as well. He very well could have found someone to watch those children besides Misty, if he would have even bothered to do so.

Might as well charge Theresa too since she didnt get her lazy tail over there to watch her grandbabies - she could have rested once the children were asleep or picked them up to take care of them at her home - the whole lot of them make me sick

i want to know why all the video tapes and even the letters have not been released... why are they handpicking them... whether they think anything is valid in the other ones or not i for one would like to see them all... i have a feeling we know these jack asses personality type better then the cops do and i am willing to bet we could find valid info in some of the tapes... there has to be some conversations where they are saying more then what it sounds like and since they know we listen i would actually like to know the disinfo... sometimes the disinfo says more then the actual info they offer...
how do we get all the tapes?
and every jail letter going in or out of the jail is prescreened which i believe would make the sunshine laws cover those as well... could be wrong about the letters but i don't think i am it is the same logical scenario as a phone call or visit and we can get those..

I totally agree, there was just no reason to let those little ones with Misty, and most grandmas whether they are tired or not would have helped if they really cared, imo.

That is exactly what I was telling my husband last night ....let some fresh eyes and ears get a hold of this stuff....they have had a year and Haleigh is not home so let someone else take a shot at it! I want to see the cell phone records...we got to see them in the CA case....I have so many questions...why was the computer not taken? The vacume cleaner etc....it just sends me sailing when I think of the evidence that was probably lost in this case. No offense to the LE ,I am sure that their job is not easy and that they did the best they could but someone is going to have to do better so that we can get Haleigh home!

i can't remember if the cell records were before or after casey's neglect charge... i guess it is possible that since for whatever reason none of these jack asses were areested for one single thing in regards to haleighh then we would not be privy to the cell record of the night... but i would think we would be privy to all records pertaining to the drug arrest like all vids all calls all letters all interviews etc as long as it was in ref to the drug charges which of course would have valid info or shed good ligt on what may have happened on the nigty in question... and as far as the computer not being taken i am not surprised at all even when they raided jarred harrel's mom's place (the perp in somer's case) they did not take all computers from that home even when computer porn was involved and i know that for a fact because i chatted with his younger step bro the day after the raid and he was at home and on a computer...
i guess legally i undertsand why we haven't gotten the cell records but the other stuff we should get how do we request that?

Most patrol cars have video and spot lights on them I would like to see the clip of when the patrol car pulled up to the house.
Why can't we see the video of them interviewing MC/RC like we saw of CA?
Why did they not give RC/MC drug tests that night?
Why was GGS allowed to take Junior down to the station? Please tell me that there was an officer present on this ride.
We heard all of the HE77 breaking loose on the 911 tapes , even the neighbors heard it but Junior did not wake up?
Why was Tommy not there when the police arrived supporting his sister since mom and dad were at the hospital according to the sis in law.
Oh and the blankets on the windows...police probably think that they were there because they did not have curtains....but my husbands distant relatives got into drugs and they had curtains but took them down and hung up blankets on all of the windows from sheer paranoidness!
What ever happened to the blanket that was in the van and the screen door that was tested?

I hope that LE has these answers and I wish that they would not keep them from the public....so frustrating...I can understand in a fresh case they have to stay close to the vest but it has been over a year now so spill the files ! Someone knows something . Maybe if they released what they know it might send a red light off to someone in Satsuma that could help.

Maybe that is why ...maybe it is because that there has not been an arrest pertaining to Haleigh yet? There has got to be somewhere that we can request the other information that they have been arrested on like you said ,especially since they have this one on video so there is no way out. There could be clues or new players in those videos.

YEP!! I remember pointing that out because it's common to do that in the summer here (except for my son), but it was in Feb, early March IIRC. I thought it was done so a fair follicle drug test couldn;t be obatained because hair from the head is better than any other sample for testing certain drugs
