as far as te purses i think i remember the purse from the day se bailed ron being tan wit brown leather attaching the straps... i remember thinking it was too "old ladyish" for her and she probably inherited it soomehow... i don't think it is the same purse that she had when arrested.. not sure that it even matters

Even Tim Miller thought that was going on in the post I posted a page or two back, remember he was disgusted after spending 12 days withthem, and called it a damn disgrace? I think HaLeigh and Jr were both either dragged along to deals and/or left at home....these pillbillies seem to be so desperate for drugs and having no moral compass whatsoever, I could easily see that happening after listening to what TM stated

Ron Cummings is no angel, he is in jail for good reason and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law regarding his recent arrest---- BUT---- The man did not kill his daughter. He IS guilty for leaving his kids with a dope infested 17 year old slore, but he didn't kill his daughter and he does not know where Haleigh is.    ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! This thread makes my blood boil. I wish the cops would find her so it will all be over and you will all see that Ronald Cummings did not kill his daughter.

I watched that video, but did not see her picking up RC from jail, but I did find this image of her with him at the jail, and inset it into the other image. Seems like it could be the same purse.

it could still be possible that he killed her.... what if he slapped her upside her head that day or the day before or even the day before that? it could be possible that haleigh had a brain hemorage or swelling whatever other head injury that is not an instant killer... skip ahead to the night in question misty has drugs laying around the house... maybe her brother snatches one or two  misty finds haleigh dead and assumes she took the missing meds and od'ed... misty and bro dispose of body each feeling culpable...
there are a lot of other scenarios in which ron could be the "killer"
maybe ron had pills laying around and 5 are missing he blames misty misty didn't take them haleigh did ron doesn't believe her they fight all night about where are my pills bish misty stops answering the phone misty finds her dead and says hey ron i know where the missing pills went then ron bro and misty all cover it up...
there could have been abuse that killed later on
there could have been the beginning an od (which does not always leave vommit or other body fluids like many think
i would be interested in knowing from the school haleigh's mannerism/attitude the day she went missing

i wasn't trying to sway your opinion i was just trying to point out ways that ron could be more culpable then just leaving her with misty... i do not think ron stabbed shot or hands on murdered haleigh either but he is responsible imo to what degree i'm not sure yet but he is definitely responsible even if it was just by leaving her with misty, an under age druggie... not a 17 year old that you might hire not knowing she occassionally smoked a little pot on your back porch when the kids went to bed
but a full blown drug addict with plenty of other mental issues and is quite frankly dumb
i think even if we found that misty murdered her and ron didn't even know it then he is still just as guilty in my book... it's like putting your kid into a lion den and saying it's not my fault the lions ate her...

 another side to be considered but is always brushed aside on this thread.....Haleigh's mother also has her problems with drugs ...even recently,  and she has custody of Jr. now, her child Chloe with Chad and also Chad's children...I don't necessarily consider that a safe environment for children either...Marie had her issues with drugs as well...drugs were found in a truck on their property when the digging for dead horses was done on their property... Pretty sad for me to think that these kids are better off with Crystal....  but I do..... and that is Sad! None of us know what goes on in that household either...what pills could be left laying around, who comes and goes from that home...She also helped put her children in the lion's den imo....enough blame to go around if you ask me...None of them deserve these kids...imo....but Misty and Ron do share the most blame in all of this..he should have never left those kids alone with Misty that night, or any night..Misty is out for Misty..always has been and always will be...MY OPINION....

All of those supposed situations make Ron a bad parent.  None of us knows what happened.
We know from police records that Ron and Crystal both have drug issues and Crystal's mother, Marie,
as well.
Crystal never fought to have custody of Haleigh and Junior, which says a lot about her opinion of Ron.
Surely, if you thought your own children were in an unsafe enviornment, you would fight tooth and nail to get
them out of that situation, if you cared.
Then there is Teresa Neves who abandoned her own children to go off with some man.

There are no real good guys in this story and no matter how bad the one side is made to look, the
other side is just as bad.

It is pitiful, but it is a way of life for the whole bunch.
