More than one year after the disappearance of Escondido teen Amber Dubois, sources say there has been a major development in the case.

Investigators have scheduled a 3.30 p.m. news conference regarding Amber's case but would not reveal any other details.

JG, I don't know if this a legitimate relative or not (If it is my guess would be Crystal Cummings). However last night according to a new member (truthspoken) over on insessions who says she is related to the Cummings posted that Linda Franks is also related to the Cummings.  Also posted that RC and John Barton calls one another best friends.

It was a rather strange program, 30 minutes before we went on air I heard that we had some audio that had not been played before. I won’t use the Bombshell, or Exclusive moniker that others might.. But the few minutes of audio that I have listened to, do lend credibility to some other items that came out months ago.

Suddenly the letter that Nay Nay Prevatt received takes on a new meaning.

It will take us a couple of days to clean up the audio, but we did play some of it on air.

The panel today was the regulars, Simon and Jan Barrett, TJ Hart, Denny Griffin, and Armando Aldazabal.

It was an interesting 90 minutes. Did we solve the case? NO. Is this another piece of the puzzle? YES.

I have heard from LE many times about many cases, ‘We are looking once again at the evidence”. I am sure that PCSO has looked many times at what they know, or at least how they perceive it. These tapes were handed over to LE when they first surfaced, which was quite some time ago.

On their own they really do not mean much, but when you marry them with some other information (verified) they do take on a new meaning. Maybe these recordings did form part of the reason that PCSO ran the drug sting operation against Misty and the rest of them?

Surely, if you thought your own children were in an unsafe enviornment, you would fight tooth and nail to get
them out of that situation, if you cared.
Then there is Teresa Neves who abandoned her own children to go off with some man.

There are no real good guys in this story and no matter how bad the one side is made to look, the
other side is just as bad.

It is pitiful, but it is a way of life for the whole bunch.

HI all... Just my opinion but there is such a thing as negligent homicide. We have no proof of Haliegh being alive or dead but the facts are pointing to the latter. In any case regardless of who is responsible there is definitely alot of negligence on all sides that led up to this. So in my eyes if Haliegh is dead, they are all guilty of her death.

Haleigh went missing from Ron's watch when he left his innocent young children under the care of his babysiter/gf/wife/ex wife/friend who just came off a 3 day bender, sexapades,no sleep drug feast .. The negligence was due to Ron's neglect of  not making the right decisions regarding his children's welfare. A parent's job is to make sure their children are safe and taken care of their well being. Yes Crystal did fight for her children in court but Ron
lied in court about not doing drugs let alone where he was living with his mom.  How is Crystal supposed to know what is happening inside his home. Ron is a liar..
Who's sitting in jail!! I wonder if it is true Ron ripping off a drug dealer. I wonder if Misty was set up to meet someone for drugs by the tracks and when Misty left leaving the children unattended someone from the circle that Ron rippped off went to the home and took Haleigh ...
