Padilla says that HaLeigh was not at the mh when TC & JO were there.

That is what I heard him say too...has anyone heard where Haleigh was suppose to have been at? I thought that she was playing in the yard and then eating and then taking a bath and riding her bike? maybe they are talking about after the GR -G -Sykes left? Why are we just now hearing of this part? ugh...maybe when Tommy went to check it out for RC ....Joe was with him? Oh no wait RC said in the begining that Joe was not there that night...somebody needs to stop lying.

Now I am wondering was Haleigh necklace missing if the necklace was taken off  at night before she went ot bed or her was Book Bag missing...

If I remember right I think that they said that it was something that Haleigh had to have/needed? So unless it was a medical alert necklace(which it could very well be) then maybe it was her book bag?

The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that after a month behind bars in the St. John’s County Florida jail, 18 year old Misty Croslin has written a jailhouse letter detailing what she claims happened to the missing five year she reported missing on Feb. 9, 2009 while babysitting Haleigh Cummings at her then boyfriend’s trailer in Satsuma, Florida.

Sources close to the case tell me investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department missing child task force obtained a copy of the letter from a Croslin relative Misty wrote last week and are comparing it to other stories she’s told before. “Part of it they believe, and part of it they don’t,” said a source who has read the letter, and says investigators are going through it with a fine tooth comb.

“The problem with Misty is that they need someone credible to corraborate anything she says because she’s told conflicting stories about that night,” says the source.

We discuss Misty’s letter on The Nancy Grace Show tonight (Friday, March 12, 2010) for the first time, 8 and 10 p.m. est.

Croslin remains behind bars on 7 counts of drug trafficking and faces upwards of 130 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

Well this could take a while...Trying to read a letter Misty wrote can be a challenge since she can not spell...but she  will get her GED while in jail..per Misty. 
Misty did say she was writing her mom and dad sperate  parts in one letter she was writing..one part for both of them and a part for just mama and a part for just daddy..again per Misty's phone call to parents.  So I think we are about to see more of

I thought that Misty was being isolated...she says that she talks to other girls in there...murderers...I bet that they appreciate her telling that about them on tv while they are waiting for their trial...she is so stupid...I guess that explains how she got her hair done and might be able to share snacks for drugs.

Really don't know what is up with the others. Something strange is going on. Donna told the person she was talking to not to believe what the media is reporting and that TM is a liar.

Ron gets special jailhouse visitation priviledges and we have only seen and heard one or two.

It was reported at one time by T J Hart and others that Hope had bonded out, but there has been no recorded document on the online PC clerk's site.

Also LE let Katrina Belcher get away and there has been no warrant issued for her arrest.

Something is wrong with this picture, imho!
