Good After to all the Sweet Monkey's...

I have a problem with Misty all of a sudden now comes forward with some info that Fields feels comfortable with.

Ron and Teresa Tapes have not been released since the tape where Teresa feels Proud of Ron and Ron giving the impression he is working for LE

Le drilling Teresa and had her in tears..Why would LE do this? I dont trust this women..

Teresa asking Ron do you think she will talk?

Rat Gate

Are Lisa and Teresa communicating...

Nancy Grace show where Lisa tells Misty.

MISTY CROSLIN: Yes, I want one of Haleigh and one of Junior and one of Ronald.

LISA CROSLIN: All right. I`ll get them all to you.

MISTY CROSLIN: I mean, I still love him, Mama.

LISA CROSLIN: Huh?

MISTY CROSLIN: I still love him.

LISA CROSLIN: I know you do, baby. I`m sure he still loves you

MISTY CROSLIN: I know he does.

LISA CROSLIN: I know. That`s what Teresa was talking about, that she don`t even get to see Junior. That was part of her letter.

All of their inconsistancies are consistant...

Who are they going to throw under the bus?

Still haven't found the link that Grammamonkey is looking for but I found this online rules and regulations handbook for St.Johns County jail ....here is the part about the canteen.....

http://www.sjso.org/divisions/media/InmateHandbook.pdf

CANTEEN: An inmate Canteen service is available. The Canteen services will be going through some major changes in the near future. Those inmates with money deposited in their account may purchase Canteen items once weekly. A shopping list will be provided weekly for each inmate who wishes to order Canteen.
Inmates will be allowed to spend a maximum of $30.00 on food weekly. There is no money limit on other items including clothing. Canteen items will be packaged and delivered to those receiving Canteen. Limits will be placed on items and designated on the Canteen slip. No trading, exchanging or refunding allowed.
Money can only be used for Canteen purchases. Transfers to immediate family, Attorney’s or Bonding agencies may be arranged by written request.
Inmate money can only be received by money order, government check, and checks from other institutions. We do not accept cash, personal checks or payroll checks. Money left for inmates Canteen Fund must be received two (2) business days prior to the scheduled Canteen day for the money to be available for purchases that week.
Money left by inmates, after their release, is mailed to them if an address is left as to where to send the money.
Be sure to review purchase requests on Canteen form before turning in as no exchanges or refunds will be made.
27
Regular Canteen will not be available to inmates in 23-Hour Lockdown and/or Disciplinary Confinement. A modified Canteen list for hygiene items or stationary will be available.
Scheduled canteen days will be posted in each block.
All food items purchased from the Canteen will be consumed in the cell or dayroom. Food items will not leave the cellblock.
If a 23-Hour Lockdown occurs after a Canteen slip has been filled out and before delivery of the order, the order will be delivered on the next regular Canteen day for that cellblock. If an inmate is on a DR or 23-hour lockdown, they will only receive hygiene items. If the lockdown occurs the day the Canteen sheets were printed or the day Canteen is passed out, they do not receive food items. Inmates in cellblock fifteen (15) are only eligible for non-food items on Canteen day. There will be no playing cards for this area.
CANTEEN - INDIGENT: To be eligible, inmate must have less than $1.00 (one dollar) in his/her account for the previous fourteen (14) days.
The following materials will be dispensed once weekly;
Hygiene kit to include comb/toothbrush/toothpaste/deodorant;
One pencil;
Two sheets paper;
One stamped envelope.
Tennis shoes will be issued, upon request, one (1) time during incarceration.
If the indigent inmate violates the recreational procedure for the wearing of tennis shoes, his/her tennis shoes will be removed.
If the indigent inmate receives money in their account after the tennis shoes are issued; the cost of the tennis shoes will be deducted from their Canteen account.

according to these rules how is  Misty even  eligible for food items ? Isn't she on 23 hour lock down?

New Video from Papa
http://www.youtube.com/user/LLMPapa#p/a/u/1/sqctAtWt-qA

This one piques my interest as it is about TN and her oh so glowing review of Misty............always had to wonder why she was protecting her, and always have thought it was because Misty will cover for Ron..............feelings haven't changed since day one. She isn't one I can trust as far as watching a pet rock, IMO pure white trash to NOT go over and watch your grandkids when you had no job at the time and KNEW about the previous 3 day binge and that she had been up all night and was exhausted, and most likely coming down hard from snorting all those oxy's.........IMO, that isn't a granmother, it's a egg donor to a sperm donor that didn't give a d@mn enough to even raise her own kids. Sad, pathetic and pure trash

Florida’s Drug Courts To Expand
May 17th, 2009 Florida drug courts will likely expand in the next year after lawmakers decided to put more than $21 million into the programs.  Report from the Miami Herald.

Politicians believe the money will be enough to keep some 3,000 people out of prison, saving the state more than $4 million. The hope is that graduates will also be less likely to re-offend. Right now, programs like the one in Panama City for offenders headed to prison are rare. Fewer than half of Florida’s counties have drug courts targeted at offenders who would otherwise go to prison. That’s even though Florida started the nation’s first drug court in Miami in 1989 and was marking its 20th anniversary Friday with graduations and speeches. “When it does work it really does work,” said judge Sirmons, who has been running the drug court in Panama City for 12 years.

Lawmakers didn’t work out all the details of the drug court expansion plan during the legislative session that ended a week ago. They agreed, however, to pay for treatment for more offenders as well as more prosecutors and defense attorneys. An office within the Florida Supreme Court will decide which counties actually get the money. Gov. Charlie Crist still needs to sign the provisions into law, but people like Department of Corrections Secretary Walter McNeil already support the legislation.

Florida has more than 100,000 inmates in its prisons, and two-thirds or more enter prison with drug problems, the Department of Corrections said. Most don’t get treatment before they leave, and this year lawmakers cut both prison and probation drug treatment programs. “We think that the drug courts are a front-end intervention,” McNeil said near the end of the legislative session.

Two-thirds of all counties have some type of drug court program. But many are like the one in Miami, which takes people who may be first time offenders and would likely be sentenced to parole. Less common are programs for people with prior convictions, many of them parole violators who would otherwise be headed to prison. Participation in both types of programs is voluntary, but offenders can’t be drug dealers or have prior convictions for violent felonies like murder or rape. Once in the program, participants attend therapy classes, have frequent drug tests and meet regularly with a judge. Unlike offenders on parole, there’s an understanding that participants may mess up.

There is a lot more detail and background in the full article at the Miami Herald

Will Misty, Ron, Hope, Donna Brock, Tommy Croslin if found guilty lose their driving license?

I found this..

Does the state revoke or suspend the drivers’ licenses of people convicted of drug-related offenses?

Yes. The driver’s licenses of individuals convicted of drug-related offenses who are 18 years of age or older are revoked. Fla. Stat. Ann. § 322.055.

If so, what crime(s) result in suspension or revocation?

Range of drug-related offenses, including possession, sale, and trafficking. Fla. Stat. Ann. § 322.055.

If so, what is the length of the suspension or revocation?

Six months to 2 years, or until the person is evaluated for, and if deemed necessary, completes a drug treatment program. The suspension or revocation can be extended an additional two years if the person is already under supervision or revocation when convicted. Fla. Stat. Ann. § 322.055.

2 Putnam County men arrested in separate child-porn cases

    * By Paul Pinkham
    * Story updated at 5:30 PM on Monday, Mar. 15, 2010

Two Palm Coast men were arrested over the weekend in separate child-pornography cases.

Flagler County deputies arrested Kevin Louis Culmone, 28, Friday after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that he visited child-pornography sites on the Internet. He was charged with 27 counts of child-pornography possession and was released Sunday on $50,000 bail.

Saturday federal deputy marshals arrested Michael Lagrande, 33, in Las Vegas on a Flagler County warrant charging him with 21 child-pornography counts. The charges arose last year based on information that Lagrande had stored child pornography on his computer in Palm Coast, detectives said.

Lagrande remains in custody in Nevada, but Flagler deputies said he will be extradited back to Florida.

Putnam-based Circuit Judge A.W. Nichols III retires

    * By Dan Scanlan
    * Story updated at 3:49 PM on Monday, Mar. 15, 2010

Circuit Judge A.W. Nichols III will retire Monday, Jan. 3, ending a career that lately saw him preside over family cases and the Putnam County Adult Drug Court program at the county courthouse in Palatka.

Nichols, appointed in 1992 after more than 20 years as a civil attorney in Palatka, has presided over all circuit court divisions, most lately as an administrative judge in Putnam County. He will not seek re-election at the conclusion of his term. Nichols’ replacement will be determined by an election.

interesting that one can sell drugs and have a higher bond than someone who gets arrested for child porn....hmmmm...or in the case of Shaniya Davis, her mom can prostitute her young daughter out which results in the child's death and she is out of jail on bond....something is wrong with this picture to me..

that being said, I am in no way condoning what Misty and Ron have done...they should be in jail...I just question the unbalanced amounts of bail/bond for crimes that are committed....

By Art Harris, The Bald Truth, (c) www.artharris.com, all rights reserved

The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that after a month behind bars in the St. John’s County Florida jail, 18 year old Misty Croslin has written a jailhouse letter detailing what she claims happened to the missing five year she reported missing on Feb. 9, 2009 while babysitting Haleigh Cummings at her then boyfriend’s trailer in Satsuma, Florida.

Sources close to the case tell me investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department missing child task force obtained a copy of the letter from a Croslin relative Misty wrote last week and are comparing it to other stories she’s told before. “Part of it they believe, and part of it they don’t,” said a source who has read the letter, and says investigators are going through it with a fine tooth comb.

“The problem with Misty is that they need someone credible to corraborate anything she says because she’s told conflicting stories about that night,” says the source.

We discuss Misty’s letter on The Nancy Grace Show tonight (Friday, March 12, 2010) for the first time, 8 and 10 p.m. est.

Croslin remains behind bars on 7 counts of drug trafficking and faces upwards of 130 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

Well this could take a while...Trying to read a letter Misty wrote can be a challenge since she can not spell...but she  will get her GED while in jail..per Misty.
Misty did say she was writing her mom and dad sperate  parts in one letter she was writing..one part for both of them and a part for just mama and a part for just daddy..again per Misty's phone call to parents.  So I think we are about to see more of

Don't worry about spelling.  It's the content that matters, imo.   Besides, we aren't giving grades or a test at the end of the thread.     Spelling bee?    The one that does drive me up the wall is rediculous,  which is ridiculous.   Monkey Devil!
