We know for a fact that PDM only has two shifts, days and swing. Time appr. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (a half hour lunch) and 3:30 to midnight (half hour lunch).

It has been an interesting journey of discovery. The past 18 months have been eye opening to say the least. Both the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony stories have revealed to me just what a strange world we live in.

It was several months ago that I had a long conversation with TJ Hart, he was at his wits end. In his 10 years as a well respected reporter in Gainsville, Florida, Haleigh Cummings was the latest in a long stream of high profile cases that he has covered in depth. It was an emotional conversation, TJ is a grandfather, and this discussion was not about winning journalistic acclaim, it was about the state of our modern society.

There are actually many parallels between the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases. So many that I find it disturbing. Actually sources close to the case have made the same comments.

What really disturbs me is the frequency of these cases. Child exploitation and abduction has reached epidemic proportions. I was talking to a friend of mine Robert Siciliano the other day. He is a well known and well respected expert on the subject of personal security. In his book The Safety Minute :01 he talks about children, 50,000 go missing each year. This statistic is well used, most of the 50,000 are found, most have been abducted by family members. A much more disturbing statistic is that 1 in 4 children have been ‘inappropriately touched’. I asked Robert where he got this data from, look for yourself Here and Here.

I am not trying to say that either Haleigh Cummings or Caylee Anthony were in any way subject to any form of sexual abuse, merely that the numbers are so shocking that it numbs my mind.

What I do see in the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony case is abuse. Abuse by dereliction of parental care. Both cases scream out at me, little children begging for help. Both cases have garnered major news coverage, and both cases have revealed a truly ugly world that these young children were in. I would not put Casey Anthony in charge of taking the garbage out, never mind caring for a two year old child! Casey’s mother and father have been playing ‘poor mouth’ since the event, yet they have apparently cashed in, it has been widely reported that they received $100,000 from a large media outlet, yet still face foreclosure. Mom and dad George and Cindy tell us that because of the press coverage neither can find a job!

Of course this is rubbish!

Over on the Haleigh Cummings case we have a cast of characters that quite honestly should not be allowed to keep a goldfish never mind children. It is simple to explain in one word ‘DRUGS’. Drugs are everywhere you look when you talk about Haleigh Cummings. Misty Croslin and her brother Tommy, both are behind bars for Drugs. Ronald Cummings, behind bars for drugs. Bio mother of Haleigh Cummings, failed a drug test recently, and from what I can tell has a long history of enjoying recreational pharmaceuticals.

It is time to put an end to these awful situations. There has to be something that as a society we can do. But what?

That was the Poppen Family next door. The wife was awakened about 3:00am.  She heard misty talking, crying and pacing while talking on the phone outside the MH. I will try to find the link.

thank you Clarice...I was just thinking that as far a a timeline this would give the time for 2:30ish timeline...and that would make since if someone said the last time Haleigh was seen around 1:30 or 2:30 am.  I think I heard that mentioned somewhere.  Just trying to pin it all down...very confusing

I asked Miller if Ron worked from about 4pm to 3am and he responded that Ron’s time card is verified and that he had punched in and out as usual.

Miller also stated that Ron’s timeline is also supported by the fact that he was seen on a convenience store surveillance video just after 3am buying beer, cigarettes and peanuts.

So, if as his lawyer says, Ron went to work at 4:30 and LE is satified with the 8 hours. That would mean Ron got off work at 12:30 or 1 AM,if they do not count lunch hours.

Nancy Grace asked Ronald's attorney Friday night some questions about his timeline on February 9, 2009. Terry Shoemaker said on national television that Ronald picked up Haleigh at the bus stop at 3:30 and Iitt takes him 19 minutes to go from home to work at PDM. Shoemaker then cleared up a significant grey area stating that Ronald usually gets to work about 45 minutes or so early for his 5pm shift at PDM, putting him at work around 4pm but not actually working until 5pm.

So far, Cummings has a solid alibi. Not only do co-workers like Zastrow tell police they recall him on property, even taking his dinner break in the cafeteria, but The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that Cummings cell phone pings came from cell towers by the steel plant.

“We had two phone pings that show he never left the plant,” a lead law enforcement investigator on the case tells me in an exclusive interview. “There’s a cell tower that covers the plant and it hits when he gets there…We don’t have pings from any other tower” during his shift. “And we have people who saw him there throughout the night, as secondary backup.”

I know that the weekday shift at PDM is 4:30pm until 3:00am. Many internet posters say that Ron was NOT at work during all of this time. You say your police sources confirm that he was, right?

Hey Art, I believe you on the Ron was at work for his entire shift. I guess I’m asking you to confirm his shift was the normal 4:30 to 3:00 because even after your post, an internet blogger who claims to have inside info states that Ron was not there from 6:00 to 8:00.

I feel like you are trying to get only truthful facts out and I think you can let the rest of us know that this poster is full of it. He/she says that your information is wrong and a very large forum believes her.

His atty stated he had to work overtime until 3am, although I heard/read that he was NOT there the entire time, I think so many posters have trouble with the work issue, from the pic's I've seen of PDM at night it wouldn't be hard at all to leave the property without being noticed. I agree with you that the PDM info is like getting info from the Pentagon ir CIA, one has to wonder WHY

Here are the two key questions: (1) WHAT TIMES did Ron clock in and clock out from work that night???

And (2) WHAT TIME was did Ron stop by the convenience store? Was it indeed 2 a.m., as was reported early on?–though those reports quickly and suddenly vanished from all news sites.

IF so, did he actually then arrive home at about 2:30 a.m.–the time that a neighbor reported hearing shouting at Cummings’ trailer?

IF both of those are true–that leaves an hour unaccounted for before the 911 call at 3:27 a.m. …

Secondly...can't help but notice a lot of the stupid and irrelevant crap RC says along with Misty. Why insert that he was trying to make an honest living and honest wage into the sentence?! Why not just say I went to work and when I returned my daughter was missing. And why even put it that way unless you think people are thinking you had something to do with it?! You just want to smack them all up side the head. WTH?! I don't know what it means exactly but it just irritates Nick and I to hear them explain stuff. We're both positive he and misty are @sses and are leaning more and more towards he and misty both know what happened to Haleigh. The more this drags on and the more you hear about the stuff they're doing and NOT doing that they should be doing...the more he looks incriminating along with misty. Either he's involved somehow or he doesn't care as much as he claims... and either way, it appears more and more that he's too narcissistic to care enough. Couldn't someone helped him out by clocking him out for him if he wanted to leave early or clocking him in if he were running late?

FWIW - It has been my experience in the Natalee Holloway case that over the years articles many disappear and forums/blogs close down.  It's very frustrating 5 years later to click on a link to find it goes nowhere.  That is why in most cases I will post full content with a link back.  If Art doesn't like that then he really doesn't have a clue to the need for reference material to stay intact.

We may very well be here five years from now looking for Haleigh.  I want to be able to read the article pertaining to this case 5 years from now and not simply have a dead link.

Secondly...can't help but notice a lot of the stupid and irrelevant crap RC says along with Misty. Why insert that he was trying to make an honest living and honest wage into the sentence?! Why not just say I went to work and when I returned my daughter was missing. And why even put it that way unless you think people are thinking you had something to do with it?! You just want to smack them all up side the head. WTH?! I don't know what it means exactly but it just irritates Nick and I to hear them explain stuff. We're both positive he and misty are @sses and are leaning more and more towards he and misty both know what happened to Haleigh. The more this drags on and the more you hear about the stuff they're doing and NOT doing that they should be doing...the more he looks incriminating along with misty. Either he's involved somehow or he doesn't care as much as he claims... and either way, it appears more and more that he's too narcissistic to care enough. Couldn't someone helped him out by clocking him out for him if he wanted to leave early or clocking him in if he were running late?

FWIW - It has been my experience in the Natalee Holloway case that over the years articles many disappear and forums/blogs close down.  It's very frustrating 5 years later to click on a link to find it goes nowhere.  That is why in most cases I will post full content with a link back.  If Art doesn't like that then he really doesn't have a clue to the need for reference material to stay intact.

We may very well be here five years from now looking for Haleigh.  I want to be able to read the article pertaining to this case 5 years from now and not simply have a dead link.

Omg! grrr!! i just had a long ass thing written and then turned my phone off. thats a new one. just turned it all the way off and watched myself do it like i was watching someone else do it.but yea... its all gotten so out of hand. i just keep thinking this is SO not what haleigh would want. anybody else that knew her(shit.. i said "knew" again... Omg! ok. speaking of that... yesterday i googled myself because i was trying to find this article from the florida times union about haleigh from around christmas time. i only said like one sentence, i didnt want it for that, i wanted to see the pic of haleigh it had. it was her w lester dressed as santa a few years ago. so i googled "kelly forester cummings." well the first thing that came up was from that xxxxxxx Scaredmonkeys website that is basically just for idiots to talk about how much they ate all of us and the anthonys. they have never been mean to me before, theyve always left me out of it until now. the post said "i seen a pic of kelly forester. isnt she on the cummings/sykes side?" thats all i could see because i was on my phone so i make the mistake of calling my mom to check it out because w a sentence like that of course i wanted to know what it said. a pic? so yea it peaked my curiousity. well my mom texts me all xxxxxx pissed at ME because somewhere in there it had links to my sisters and bro in laws fb pages. so shes pissed at me like i put them there or something. anyway, apparently it says some shit about how i "play both sides of the fence" and "claim to be in a movie." ok, first of all... um, WHAT?? i dont "claim" to be in a movie. apperently they were talking about how on my fb page it says "i get a lot of msgs from ppl that liked cocaine angel, and they always apologize for 'bothering' me.
