I officially dislike Joe Biden and his entourage.

One of the Canadian reporters saw him walking in Whistler and stopped to chat with him.  First the woman in the white coat tells our reporter that he can NOT talk to Joe to call to make an appointment.

The reporter tells her he does not want to talk politics want to talk Olympics.  Joe turns and chats with reporter and tells him he is heading to watch the USA woman play hockey as they are going to win gold.  Reporter says to him that "we can reconvene here once Canada wins gold" and puts his hand out to shake Joes hand (a Canadian thing to do as Hockey is our politics).  Woman in white trench coat slaps reporters hand down, gets between reporter and Joe then turns around, gives death glare,  starts towards reporter, thinks better of it and walks away with Joe.  WTF???

Brandi, that is adorable. You don't know what it means to me right now. I am having a horrible pity party. I got beat by a woman that couldn't even hold a catch foot spiral for at least two feet. I can hold mine blue line to blue line. I asked my coach what I did wrong, she said nothing we were tied except for one judge that gave the lady two extra points and this lady skates at the rink that judge teaches. That is the only excuse I could get. Plus my coach said they probably felt sorry for her because she was elderly.

Did you get the autograph of the Russian judge?  Bet Torville and Dean knpw her from the day.  You should feel really good.

So, in other words, you were a better skater, you're younger and prettier than Tanya (let's just call her that, OK?) and they gave her a pity gold. You EARNED your silver. Be proud of what you earned! I"m very proud of you!! 

Is a catch foot spiral where you hold one foot while doing a spin? Not a full fledged foot in the air and one hand, but the shorter one? (Oh, you know Uncle Dick has already been complaining about the crotch shots, doncha? LOL!)

OK, I looked up catch foot spiral for those of us following along at home. This is what it looks like, and if you can do one of these for a long time, that's frikkin' awesome!!

Speaking of skating.  Has no one told this dude that she does not look happy and a leg is meant to be on the ground not dislocated.  SHEESH!  He looks like he is determined to snap her in half like a fortune cookie.  20010 is the year of the tiger not the year of the snapped partner's chicken leg!   Oh I did get a lovely parting gift. One of those lunch sacks that hold a six pack of beer 

I ordered my pictures and the videos and should get them in about three weeks. That way I can review what I did wrong, plus I am changing my artistic music to Barber's Adagio for Strings. BEAT THAT OLD LADY!
