Report: Marie Osmond's Son Commits Suicide

Marie OsmondMarie Osmond's teenage son committed suicide last night, this according to Entertainment Tonight.

Michael Blosil, one of Osmond's eight children, reportedly jumped from his downtown Los Angeles apartment building.

ET says Michael left behind a note that said he intended to commit suicide due to a life-long battle with depression.

Donny Osmond released a statement that says: "Please pray for my sister and her family."

I remember reading that she had a lot of trouble with this child, I believe drugs. So very sad.

Been watching the tsunami coverage online at several Hawaiian TV stations. Is fascinating watching this river get sucked out into the bay, then get pushed back in again. Just fascinating. Mother Nature is something else.

Hope Josef is doing good     Now we aren't going to go eat with my daughter and her boyfriend. They ate too much popcorn and stuff at the movies and aren't hungry. So now we will meet him in the morning and take them to brunch. It's raining and I don't feel like going so I'm glad.

No Rose I was so looking forward to hearing about this new bf of your daughter. Maybe they will have Baileys for your coffee at brunch. 

Josef is still having uncontrollable diarreah and you can tell he is miserable. I went to see him twice today and he was glad to see me. He is still on the IV fluids, but is taking oral meds now so that is good. He wouldn't eat food this morning so they got him a can of chicken and he ate it and kept it down. They gave him more at one and kept that down too. He is back to biting me in the butt and wants to walk around the clinic so that is a good thing. His regular vet is taking over because the other one is off tomorrow and Monday. She has been really great in treating him, but I am partial to his regular vet. Both vets though have a special bond with Joe, so I couldn't ask for any better care than he is getting. I was even told that I can pay it out as long as I like, which made me feel much better. I want to keep him there until he is well. Sorry to ramble on, but it was really hard coming home with him not here.

It is horrible and I thank God that during my lowest time in my depression I had Joe, because if I didn't have him I don't think I would be here today.

JSM you are a very good mom - don't be so hard on yourself sometimes we don't know for sure what is happening to our fur babies - we do the best we can with the symptoms we see and you acted with love and concern as soon as you could - some people never act at all.

Hi Darla, hope your day goes well  You have cold temps and wind, we have a lot of rain.   Tonight my husband and I have to go too dinner with my youngest daughter's boyfriend. We have never met him. I have a list of things that we should refrain from saying, because he is so sensitive  Politics is out, because that always ends in a fight, I can't make comments about what someone is wearing and say rude comments about that person. I have to try to be politically correct  I love that one, cause that won't happen. My daughter's sense of humor is like mine, sarcastic and dark. This guy sounds like a real dullard, I pray he doesn't start crying at the table  I told my husband we will just have to keep our mouths full of food, so we don't mess up

We had our first showing on our house today...I am shocked that it happened so fast...We just put it on the market like Tuesday and they called Friday! I thought for sure that it would take a few months to get response...maybe the housing market is moving a bit...the worst part is having to be out of our house with the showings, take our dog and drive around till they leave..but that is all part of it isn't it?
Made the offer on the other house...haven't heard yet if they are accepting it or countering...maybe Monday.
