ROTTERDAM - Peter R. De Vries Joran van der Sloot called an unstable fantasist. It does the crime reporter on the new statements indicates that Van der Sloot about the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. De Vries pointed this - against Radio 1 - to the land of fables.

His story is wrong with the facts as contained in the police records

"His story does not comport with the facts as contained in the police files," said De Vries. "It is true tactics to be portrayed as a fantasist." Van der Sloot would thus not be taken seriously, so he stays away from the wings of justice.

In his statement - which is broadcast Sunday by RTL 5 - Van der Sloot suggests that the high-profile interview with Patrick van der Eem would be a one-two with Van der Em to make money to Peter R. de Vries. "That's ridiculous," said De Vries.

The crime reporter, who maintains good contacts with the mother of Natalee disappeared, had her on the phone about the new statement. De Vries: "This is very painful to her. She wondered what it's all possible in the Netherlands. "(AK)

Probably the cocaine. The only reason why someone would not call the police is because he is directly or indirectly involved in that persons death.

I have no clue what happened exactly and where it happened but Im beginning to be even more sure that he (or they) gave her some kind of drugs after which she died and thats why she had to disappear.

I have a new theory and one that allows the Bubali sanctuary / pond to be the area of assault. (Not that I believe ALL of what Joran is saying, but may be there is something here).

One of the key elements of discovery were the cell phone triangulation records. However, these records start and end much much later in the night. These are entirely incomplete and do not have a time frame for the casino exit up until the time of CnC, nor a time frame for the alleged gardener sighting. ((The gardener sighting does not appear to be backed up by anything more than just his declaration, there is no record of Joran's cell phone in this vicinity)).

I have been saying for years that these records only corroborate Joran's beach story. Please remember, this is the story that van der Straaten decided would work the best in the beginning. After the beach story fell apart, and that was bound to happen, the evidence of cell triangulation was never changed. You see, the beach story is a story made up to FIT certain evidence and not evidence that fits a crime. Make sense? For instance, if I take a walk to the corner store, and carry my phone - that tells a story. However, it may not show where my point of origin was nor my final destination - only where I was during a certain time frame.

We know that the Kalpoes have placed themselves in the vicinity of the LaCabana, and this is the last known reference point. This is where they make a big deal about their overhead DVD player and the porn. Also, additional details about the Kalpoes supposedly being slaves, and Deepak's - she'll think 'we're perverts' comment. So, there is a lot of detail here and more than in most of the story. This appears to have enough detail, and incriminating detail, to actually believe it's true. Joran also provides detail here. He admits that he is digitally penetrating Natalee and they are kissing. Again, more details to BELIEVE there is some validity. I am not saying that everything is true, just that there APPEARS to be enough here to come to a conclusion that this area is an area where the story has enough information to seem plausible. Just to add, it is alleged that Natalee makes the Hitler's mother comment some time around here also. It seems that this part of the night MIGHT be true, and Joran and the Kalpoes sprinkle in enough detail to allow someone following the case to possibly focus on this portion of the night. Also, this appears to be the true last series of comments from Natalee. There are no references to any comments made by Natalee at the Sloot house and Joran only says she wants to see the sharks. The Kalpoe's stay in the car and Joran and Natalee allegedly go inside. Details after LaCabana seem to dry up, but the TIME FRAME remains. There is ADDITIONAL TIME between LaCabana and the Sloot house.

We know that Natalee and Joran left CnC at 1:08 am. There is some info that they walked to the corner of LG Smith, but somehow ended up back around the back of CnC where Deepak's car was parked. There are many additional details here, such as; someone saw them from the balcony of Bahia, others saw them on the corner of LG Smith and of course, someone saying that Deepak was escorting Natalee by her arm from CnC. I'm not sure all those additional detail matter all that much because we all know Natalee ended up in the Kalpoe's Honda and that was witnessed and a fact. They were then heading Northwest in the direction of Choose A Name.

I have some maps in my bucket that show some routes possibly taken from this point. And there is also the unconfirmed story that they all stopped somewhere else. Again, the cell records are incomplete or would possibly show a stop somewhere and Joran at a location for several minutes. As far as I know, that does not exist, or if it does exist, it's never been revealed. For the longest time I have been wondering WHERE that SOMEPLACE they stopped was.

We know that Joran makes the declaration that they all stop at the van der Sloot home at around 1:40 to as late as 1:50 am.

So a possible time frame could be shortened to roughly 1:15 am (when the are seen making the left on to West Straat) to 1:40 am. 

After all of the details around the area of LaCabana the info sort of just STOPS. I find that odd in itself. It's possible the info stops because this is the time frame no one really wants to discuss. A reasonable person could come to that conclusion.

We know that the pimps had used the Mill in the past to take girls that they had picked up. And the Bubali sanctuary is right around the corner. They all know this area.

When committing a sexual assault, you only need two things. Privacy and a little bit of time. I don't think you need the comfort of a bed nor a small apartment on your grounds of your parent's home. A sexual assault and murder can happen in as little as just a few minutes. It doesn't need to be an all night occasion. It would be easy to drive past LaCabana and onto the ground of the bird sanctuary and commit an assault and there would be no one around to witness anything. The sanctuary would be deserted at that time of night.

When using the time frame of 1:15 am to 1:40-1:50am, Satish is allowed more time to return to Hooiberg - by the time the computer is turned on and connected to the net.

I think it is possible, but NOT a fact that the Bubali area was where a sexual assault and murder took place, and then they drove to the van der Sloot home and told Paulus what happened. Joran always ran to Paulus, and it's logical based on the pool side conversations that Paulus knew all of the details. It is also possible that the gardener did see them later as the may have been waiting for Koen to take them to the boat. Natalee is not seen at this time, so it's possible that she is in the trunk, of maybe down on the backseat.

It's also possible that Natalee may have been assaulted in the sanctuary area and not deceased, and died at the Sloot house.

anyway, just some thoughts on the current set of 'whatchamacallits'...
