Are we 100% certain of that or are they just making us think he's in Aruba?  I cannot believe that someone hasn't put a photo of him in Aruba online yet.

I am told by someone who would know he is in Aruba

If I understood this right, he gave the original "beach/polygraph" interview in March, then went back in August and gave the balcony/Bubali story?

Hmmm.  I've just now been reading in the end of July/early August threads.... some interesting happenings then, eh? 

I had been feeling bad that I couldn't contain my comments since you all already lived through it, now I'm thinking its not such a bad idea to re-visit what was going on then!

Thanks, KTF!  I'll put an update in the Prayers or Musings thread one of these days.  Suffice to say my mental stamina far exceeds my physical stamina right now, but I'm working on it!  Hope you are well too!

I remember when that was happening.  There was talk of the initials A.B then they said that was wrong.  I do remember them saying that everyone was surprised that this witness "A" was brought in, that people wouldn't suspect him of anything.  This was right around when GVC was detained.

It could be Daury.  After all, my first language is English and to me it would sound like "dray".  But then I'm probably making a mess out of the pronunciation.    Andre or Dre might be pronounced differently for those with a first language other than English, and depending where the emphasis is on pronunciation and all of that.  Joran speaks English, but it's obviously not his first language, and with his accent (he lies with an accent too) maybe it comes out Daury.  Also, it could be Daury as said in slang or nickname.  I don't know.

I do have to say I think that's been the best idea of the last few days.  It would solve a lot of problems for Anita if she had Joran committed to Den Dolder or some other such facility for the mentally challenged.  She wouldn't have to worry about him telling the truth or getting arrested or getting killed by those who would like to shut him up, she wouldn't have to keep supporting him/sending him money, could finally teach her other children something positive and show them that Joran won't get to run the family for the rest of their lives. 

I just think its a great idea!

I cannot believe that Anita would take him back.  He continues to cause more trouble for her family and the island.  Surely, she knows that the pressure on Paulus having Joran for a son has killed him, or at least added to his demise.  Does she want the rest of her family to follow suit?  He would have to be in the home of another sleazy creature like him, I cannot imagine Anita welcoming him home, his delicious taste has turned rank.

Why don't the members of the island grab torches and run him off, it is the only way they are going to start getting any respect.  To let him live there will harm their tourism industry further.  By sleeping with this dog, the island has woken up with fleas and is now infested.
