Yes, Max has very blue eyes so can't be the same.  Also think he is taller.  This guy looks short sitting down.

Last year he was more than 8000 votes elected Prime Minister of the island. Mike, as he also mentioned, including what he said would have done differently if he was prime minister during the Natalee Holloway case and why Arubans feel better than other island inhabitants.

He may be speaking Papiamentu, maybe Sandy Leiva can understand what he says!
