SAN ANTONIO -- The National Park Service and the FBI are investigating skeletal remains found at a construction site on Wednesday in the 8510  block of Mission Parkway.

Chief Ranger Gregory Smith of the National Parks Service said a construction worker found what appears to the skeletal remains of an infant or small child around noon.

Of Logan' trafficking in stolen goods charge....LM stated that someone he knew, took his mountain bike, so he took that person's Wii and pawned it.     Had he called LE in the first place, the other guy would be in trouble.

No one in this case seems to be able to call the police.  If Tammi Smith really had concerns for Baby Gabriel, she would have called the police instead of having documents forged, etc.  If EJ really wanted Baby Gabriel to go to a good home, she would have gone through an adoption agency that was legitimate.  Who, in this day and age, texts someone that they are going to kill a baby?  Why was EJ allowed to be alone with this beautiful child to begin with?  She had rage issues that were way out there, not just little issues.  This beautiful child was used as a pawn by at least 3 adults.  If there was truly an adoptive couple that makes more than 3 and if Tammi's husband was involved, that makes another adult.  This is so very sad.

Everything is tit for tat, even the father stealing a Wii because someone stole his mountain bike.  Gabriel was nothing more than an 'item' to be used for another game of tit for tat.  I can understand why someone would want to get involved, so I don't doubt Tammi would want to get involved, but it appears, she also got involved for selfish reasons.

No, No Rose, I don't think Tammi's machine is being used double time, I think she is full of it, and it is not being used at all. 

I wish Baby Gabriel had one true advocate in the bunch, but it does not appear so, not even EJ's Grandfather.  He knew what she was like, he appears to enable her.

This is all opinion, but for all the people saying how much they want this beautiful baby, he does not appear to have anyone who truly loves him as a child, only as an object.

Poor baby.  My heart breaks for him.

Worth, Texas, Six grandchildren Robin (Mary Ann) Peters out of state,
Iris (Tim) Poling of Peoria; Kathy (Jerry) Merritt of Mustang, Oklahoma;
Sue Cherry of Glendale, Arizona; Candi Kynard of Fort Worth and Wendi
(TJ) Mears of Orlando, Florida, 18 great grandchildren, those in Phoenix
area Johnny, Craig, & Jason Cherry; Tina (Chad) Segersten; and Dawn
(Brandon) Scott. Others are Lori (Rob) Veloz of Edwards AFB, California;
Dr. Caroline (Robb) Schiermeyer, Gary (Kristi) Merritt, and Jessica
Merritt of Oklahoma City, OK., Kerri (Brad) Williams and Ryan Kynard of
Ft. Worth & Brian Mears of California. Others living out of state are
Robbie Peters, Billie Jo Peters, Tracy (Chuck) Linkes, Tammy Peters and
Bobbie Peters, 22 Great Great Grandchildren. Local great great grands
are Branson and Brenna Scott, Rylee & Emma Segersten, Julianna and
Destiny Cherry, and Robbie & Bryce Veloz. Other precious great great
grands are in Texas, Arizona, and California. She lost two brothers
several years ago but is survived by Robin (Jane) Wilson of Clarksdale,
Mississippi. Arnold Doom was Sales Director of Youngtown and Kathryn
sold Real Estate & after Arnold's death in 1963, she was broker of Doom
Realty. Herbert Everett died in 1990. She was the last Charter Member of
1st Baptist Church of Sun City and was very active until a few years
ago. She was Past President of Soroptimist and a 58 yr member of Laurel
Chapter #30, Order of Eastern Star.
She was much loved, respected and admired by all who knew her and will
be greatly missed.

Visitation Mon. July 21st at 6:00pm with Services at 7:00pm, 1st Baptist
Church of Sun City, N. 111th Ave and Peoria.

 
 
 I wonder if "Sue Cherry" is Janis Suzette Couvillion?  Ah Ha MY OPINION.

If I am correct (going by the obit) lists Dr. James Wilson as father of
Kathryn Doom (Wilson) Everett.  The Obit lists Virginia Rose Peters as one of her two daughters, and Robin Peters is listed as a grandson, and great grandkids are listed, including Tammi Peters along with sibblings.  IDK who is Robbie Peters?

Trial of Baby Gabriel's would-be adoptive mom

Under questioning by prosecutor Ann Phillips, Duarte indicated that while he and other Tempe investigators were at the Smith's North Scottsdale home in late December 2009 looking for Elizabeth Johnson and her baby, after the pair had fled to Texas, Tammi Smith was actually exchanging text messages with Johnson -- unbeknownst to the police officers inside the Smith's home.

Enima woman looks PO'd as prosecutor going over all instances of her trying to get pregnant or getting someone else pregnant and adopting the baby.  They are in front of judge without jury right now going over relevance of testimony of her desperately wanting a baby to the point that she wanted to do artificial insemination at her work place.

According to prosecutor, Tammi told her friend that she wanted to inseminate someone in her office and wanted to tell that person it was Jack's sperm even though Jack is shooting blanks.  So where was she going to get the sperm from?
