SAN ANTONIO -- The National Park Service and the FBI are investigating skeletal remains found at a construction site on Wednesday in the 8510  block of Mission Parkway.

Chief Ranger Gregory Smith of the National Parks Service said a construction worker found what appears to the skeletal remains of an infant or small child around noon.

I think the Judge should ask her refrain from the smiles.

Witness: Smith wanted to adopt my child, too

A woman who almost gave her baby to Tammi Smith said she changed her mind when Smith suggested ways to adopt the baby that made her feel “uncomfortable.”

Rachel Hoover says she met Smith at a Jack in the Box when she was six months pregnant. She testified Thursday that Smith talked to her about adopting her baby. Hoover said she got uncomfortable when Smith suggested she put Smith's husband's name, Jack Smith, on the baby’s birth certificate.

I watched parts of this ongoing trial on In Sessions and I can tell you Tammi Smith gives me the creeps.  Giving me the creeps doesn't mean she is guilty, which I believe she is, but few people give me the creeps.

Official: I told Smith to avoid Baby Gabriel case

 Child Protective Services (CPS) investigator says she warned Tammi Smith not to interfere with the custody of Baby Gabriel. Prosecutors say, despite this warning, Smith tried to adopt him.

When he disappeared in December 2009, Gabriel Johnson was seven months old and his whereabouts are still a mystery.
