Did you see TS keep saying "I'm ok, I'm ok" to her lawyer. Even turned around to Jack and say the same?  The look on her face the whole time is so fake, trying to hold in her emotions for the camera's.  She looks so smug.

Sister agreed and proven!   ::justice2NJ::  I can't see how they can't also find the aggravating factors.  Poor Logan was put through he77!  And her conspiring with EJ, was so obvious.  It should take 5 mins. to fill the little boxes and be done!

Tammi Smith convicted in Baby Gabriel case


Tammi Smith, the woman who wanted to adopt long-missing Baby Gabriel, was found guilty Thursday of charges connected to her role in Gabriel's December 2009 disappearance.

The jury at midday Thursday returned with the guilty verdict on charges of conspiracy to commit custodial interference and forgery.


The jury must now reconvene to consider aggravating factors that could draw a harsher penalty for the Scottsdale mother

Jury finds Tammi Smith guilty of forgery, conspiracy

PHOENIX (CBS5) - A jury has found Tammi Smith guilty of forgery and conspiracy to commit custodial interference in the case of missing baby Gabriel Johnson.

The jury announced around 11:30 a.m. Thursday that they completed deliberations in Smith's trial, and read the verdict at 12:45 p.m.

If they make her do time in jail would she not go to Joe's Jail where Elizabeth is?  They could have a reunion in their pink stripes.

According to HLN sentencing will not be for at least 6-8 weeks.  She could get 3 yrs 9 months for each sentence.
