Goldman Sachs seeks a court order against former employees David Greene, Craig Savage, Andrew Thompson, Sharran Srivatsaa, John Pitt, Stephanie Dennard and Kim Tyson to prevent them from disclosing proprietary information, and to block them from recruiting ex-clients.

Zurich-based Credit Suisse, which has offices in the same Atlanta building where the former executives worked, isn’t named in the suit. Goldman Sachs also filed an arbitration proceeding against its former employees, according to the complaint.

Greene, a vice president at Goldman Sachs who earned more than $1 million in 2009, told David Fox, head of Goldman’s Atlanta office, that Credit Suisse offered him $11 million to leave Goldman Sachs, according to the lawsuit. Reached by telephone at his home in Atlanta, Greene declined to comment.

Goldman Sachs said it is seeking only injunctive relief, pending the outcome of the arbitration proceeding.

The case is Goldman Sachs & Co. v. Greene, 10-cv-0453, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta).

How much does it take taxpayers to 'lure' ex-Goldman employees away?  Lucrative jobs at the Treasury?

How much does it take to 'lure' ex-Goldman employees away to work at the Federal Reserve?

How much are these folks worth?   Do they make taxpayers rich?  Keep the country solvent?  In good financial shape?

I wonder how much good value Biden thinks taxpayers got for their money?

What a financial utopia America is!
