If Baez has spent 2500 hours and Lyons 1000 so far. My question is doing what? Traveling all over saying "Casey didn't kill the kid" It can't be writing the motions Lyons students have been writing those and my 3rd, grade grandson could writ better motions for the court than Baez.

Dang it my puter froze as they went sidebar after JAC asking for defendant to be put on the stand....dam ok so where was it left, please?

They should be ordered to give a full accounting, Bozo was lying his tail off, so was Lyons.   The Anthonys exchanged quite a few laughs in the back of the court room, Casey the same - hello this is a DP murder case, what's to be so jovial about...honestly you just want to reach up smack them upside the head around the world and back again!   Cindy was defiantly chewing gum.   Ill reserve comment until I get an update on the last 5 minutes of the hearing.

It is funny but there are almost always more important things going on during the court sessions.  The stuff from before has been unsealed and it is about 50 letters from Casey to another inmate not confessions per se and they were fascilitated by someone at the jail

per Jean Casaris at IN SESSIONS.  So, not Dominic Casey after all

There's $165,000.00 unaccounted for so far. By unaccounted, I mean there's that much that baez says went to "expenses" etc. He'll have to show the court where that went. He has 15 days to do it.

Anyone else think Tod Macaluso's "donation" was in fact an entrance fee to join the dream team. Just sayin'

I want to know exactly when that was paid because to me that is a conflict of interest as he then became part of the defense team.  O man JS must have been busting a gut, 70,000 entry fee yea its not doing much for him now that he's suspended by the bar now is it...what an arse

I wonder if he ever even picked up all of the stuff from the prosecution he was supposed to pick up

Does that include Lyons having to account for her "clinic" and "charity donations"?  They both were lying their wideloads off!    Dr Glass, I know what I saw and I look forward to an analysis from her.

Baez reminds me of Eddie Haskell. Mason reminds me of Matlock on steroids.

I noticed that something was said about privileged communications.  I thought privilege was only for attorneys.  Why would 50 or so letters to another inmate be considered privileged?
I still think there's some DC involvement.  Unless Casey's being on probation violates no contact with other felons...

The one thing which really stood out to me today was the sense of entitlement A.L. seems to have.

I think a big part of the problem is that maybe the jail employee was taking letters back and forth?????  Just guessing

As she walked out cin-cin was trying to catch a look and KC didn't give her a glance.....................that's your baby girl cin-cin
LOL I noticed that too.. Cindy's desperate look at her lovely daughter

CinCin should just stop trying-it's so rediculous---unless CinCin enjoys being martyr.

she LOVES it!!

That's all the money that Baez reported in today's testimony minus the expenses he reported. It equals $165,000.00. I didn't understand Stan to say he wanted Lyons to account for charity donations, but I had difficulty keeping the video going. I may have missed something!

I got the feeling that he was ad libbing most of the time and making things up as he went along.  He really is an embarrassment.

Well, if it's not a confession, what could it be? I'm thinking she spilled on her relationship with Baez!
