Hi Monkeys.  Now that it is Public knowledge that Macaluso gave Casey $75.000 it would seem to me that the state of California might want to know if that money came from clients' escrow accounts he is accused of mishandling.  There is no doubt in my mind that Macaluso bought his way in in the hope this would somehow redeem his reputation. 

So there was $200,000 from ABC, $10,000 from Lyon's charity, $5,000 from an anonymous donor and $75,000 from Macaluso.  So that makes $290,000with only $110,000 accounted for.  They better do some fast book cooking to come up with an explanation for this.  (It might have been $20,000 from Lyon, I had trouble hearing it.)  I couldn't hear well, but it appears that Lyon contributed much more than I listed above from her "Charity."  And $5,000 less from Macaluso.

Lyon stated her Clinic which is a charity to defend people without money to do so is in the hole because of this case now.

If anyone knows charity laws in the US would she not be fully accountable for every penny spent out of the charity bank account?  Also, Casey was paid a lot of money from ABC which is now on the record.  Putting charity money towards someone who has over $200K would seem to be a misappropriation of the said charity's funds?  Just looking for some clarification on this.  Up here books of a charity are open upon request, is it the same in the US?  Would love to see her books.

I'd like to know how KC developed a 'relationship' with another inmate while she is not in GP???  what kind of relationship?  Sexual??    IIRC she is supposed to be allowed out of her cage 1 hours per day, under supervision?  Was she being let out more than allowed? Was she and the other inmate allowed alone time?
