Great question, Janet!
I'd love to know if they've been contacted by the FBI.

I have some.

1 - Have you ever interviewed Kyle Kingman after you all left the Persistence?
2 - Why not?

3 - Have you interviewed Tim Miller about his statement that Aruba admitted human DNA was recovered from the cage found while you were onboard?
4 - Why not?

5 - Have you ever been given a satisfactory answer as to why you and Tim Miller were removed from the Persistence by John Silvetti?  He was quoted by Kyle Kingman as having said you all were "no longer needed, and a liability."

6 - Have you ever interviewed John Silvetti after you all left the Persistence, asking him why he turned his back on that cage before the recovery dive was made by ONLY Arubans?
7 - Why not?

I just saw this!

Jen!   Monkey Devil!  I like it!

Others I have also include:

Were you allowed to record or even listen to the meeting onboard on 12/30 between ALE/Mos and Silvetti's crew?
Do you recognize the man in the red shirt?
After the dive on the 30th, can you describe the demeanor of the people on the ship, both ALE and Silvetti's crew?  Tim Miller?  Was there any disension?
Is it true that Tim Trahan's tank ran out of air?
Did he strike you as the worst diver in the history of diving?
Would you describe how Silvetti put your crew and Tim Miller off of the ship?
What did you do between getting off the ship and going to Nicaragua?
Did Tim Trahan leave the ship at the same time you all did?
Do you know where he went as he wasn't there on Jan. 7th.

Was your crew made aware of the evidence recovery dive that took place on Jan 7th?

Excellent questions!

Was the agreement with Tim and John broken with regard to broadcasting the show while the search was active?

This is all becomes so clear, years later, when you can see who is in bed with each other.

Mashelle Zeolla - Rick Zeolla`s wife - GM of Marriott -- Anita`s best pal interjecting herself into the search and the flyer activities in the name of IFA.

She was even on a Nancy Grace show one night. (phoner)

All the while - nobody knew she was a Van der sloot family friend and fellow IFA member.

You might as well have been emailing Anita Van der sloot every search plan.

BEATRIX AIRPORT - FRIENDS OF ARUBA IFA ELECTRONIC ID CARD

This has given Aruba a similar capacity to Barbados's Grantley
Adams International, which is one of the Caribbeans major airports.

Other main improvements include the electronic Friends of Aruba ID card to
expedite repeat visitors through immigration and an expanded USA Department of Homeland Security. This latter upgrade has enabled Aruba to provide a value added service for all US bound passengers by clearing in Aruba rather than standing in long lines when arriving at the US airports.

But wasn't there something about Mos working more than one of the islands?  Some kind of decree or something from Holland about his being responsible for cases on more than one of the islands iirc.  If I can't find it quickly...I'll see if I can find it later.

I had wondered why Mos was back on Aruba.  Seems he is only stationed in St. Maarten but is over the Antilles and Aruba:

....Pursuant to the National Decree, dated June 1, 2009, and upon application of article 4 paragraph 3 of the Uniform National Decree governing Judicial Organization1, Mr. Mos was appointed as (acting) Chief Public Prosecutor of the Netherlands Antilles, stationed on the Island of St. Maarten,

....The Attorney General then expressed heartfelt gratitude to colleague, Taco Stein LL.M. who will leave St. Maarten to take up a new appointment on Aruba.

..For, pursuant to article 62, first paragraph of the Cooperation Arrangement of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, the Attorney Generals of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba - and for that reason also their substitutes the Solicitor Generals of both countries - are authorized back and forth to handle appeal cases in both countries"

Here`s another guy seen at many IFA get togethers... Surf Club GM Scott Derrickson. (right)

Scott Derrickson Appointed General Manager Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club
 Hotels     August 6th, 2008

Three GM’s Now Leading The Aruba Marriott Properties

On Tuesday August 5th the Aruba Marriott properties welcomed Scott Derrickson, new General Manager of Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club, to the team. With the addition of Scott to the Marriott family, the Aruba Marriott properties are now lead by three general managers, all overseeing one specific property.

Scott Derrickson will be in charge of all operations departments that support the three buildings of Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club, as well as maintaining the relationship with owners and board members. Surf Club is a Marriott Vacation Club property, consisting of 450 two- and three bedroom villas.

Scott brings with him a wealth of experience in the lodging industry. Most recently he was Director of Operations at the Radisson Aruba Resort. Scott began his hospitality career in 1987 in the Wyndham organization, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has worked and lived in Aruba on and off since 1998, working for both the Wyndham and Radisson organizations in various roles.  He has also owned and managed several successful private ventures over his working career, and will bring us the benefit of his varied professional experience.

In his new role Scott Derrickson will be reporting to Rick Zeolla, overall general manager and responsible for all three Marriott properties. Rick Zeolla is based at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino (hotel) that is in the final stages of a $40 million renovation project. In July 2008 Corey Guest was appointed general manager of Surf Club’s sister Marriott Vacation Club

...and here`s one of Rick Zeolla breast feeding.

My main regret with the broadcast is John Silvetti not getting the credit he was due.  John's the owner of the Persistence, owner of Marine Surveys LLC, and the field project manager of the search.

Regardless how good of a production it was - Generally speaking, there should never be a broadcast giving details about an active investigation.  When the investigation is complete and no longer potentially sensitive to either the case, victims family, or suspect (s), then sure... why not broadcast it.  It is irresponsible and potentially damaging to do what they did (broadcasting the show while the search is still active) and they broke their agreement with Tim and John to make this production.

Was the agreement with Tim and John broken with regard to broadcasting the show while the search was active?

Was the agreement to credit Tim Miller and TES?

Why would there be disappointment that Silvetti didn't get credit on the show?

Who called the shots with regard to daily filming and production while aboard?

Who decided when to air the production?

****

The comments about an active investigation and search, for some reason, sound like Aruban/Dutch law right now.....but what do I know?

Kyle Kingman - In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman:
Dateline (Tim Uelinger) had an agreement with Tim Miller to 'do a story to tell about and help promote TES and give TM recognition, and perhaps a 10 minute side-line story on Natalee along with 11 other missing persons. Dateline tagged along with TM for a while pre-NH search. They (TM and Dateline) came on the Persistence between 15-Dec and 30-Dec.

Tim Miller, Tim Trahan, Dateline and all comments in the Dateline special are pertaining to information available as of the Dec-30th dive, which was visual inspection only.  The trap contents weren't sampled until the 7th of January

Neither Tim Miller, Tim Trahan, or Dateline were on board during this time.  Further, the forensic testing wasn't completed until early February.  The FBI comment regarding the level of case significance was premature and I believe (IMO-but with good reason) it was induced by Tim Uelinger's (Dateline producer) pressuring of the FBI contact for immediate answers.

Getting the response of nothing case significant gave Dateline a legal foothold to show the trap in their 1 hr special.  This response likely came before the FBI even received the samples for testing.
