My first thought was also that he must've been riding in the van.

And the brown sandals/flip flops...  The more I've looked at it, the more I think it's Joran too.

btw...it looks like Joran to me.  The way he holds the cigarette is the biggest clue.

Magnolia - 100% certain it's Lorenzo's van.  I'm about 90% certain that is Joran as well but some don't think so.

I would bet that Joran was in that van when the accident happened.

The head just doesn't quite have that Frankensteinish look/profile about it, imo.

  Looks like brown flip flops on both pics Klaas has posted in comparison.  Also looks like a ciggie in the mouth in beach pic, and a ciggie in the hand in the accident pic.  Could be Joran?  Maybe the play of the light/angle of photos has given the illusion of the head looking normal  in the accident pic?   

Maybe he was in the accident and now his head was knocked normal size.

Maybe he rides around like an ice cream truck and makes stops so the druggies can line up and get their favorite flavor.  Could be Joran was standing in line and that is why the pickup plowed into it, the van just stopped suddenly in front of Joran's house.
