Rob Smith Rob Smith President & CEO, AHATA Rob combines a wealth of hospitality knowledge and expertise with a personal passion for the island of Aruba. He has held various positions within the hospitality industry, serving at the general manager level for 15 years. Well, I have ALWAYS cringed about Larry Garrison. I kept quiet as I thought Dave and the family trusted him. Good gracious - I still support Dave 100% -- but feel that so many people have taken advantage of him. It tears me apart because I just can't imagine being in his shoes.

But author Larry Garrison, who collaborated with Holloway on a 2006 best-seller about the case, spoke to the missing teen's father about the photo Friday.

Garrison, who has served as a spokesman for Holloway, said Holloway believes the picture likely shows just a rock formation.

"Dave did receive the picture. We have received pictures in the past that have been a lot of rock formations that look like they could be human," Garrison said in a telephone interview.

"If Dave Holloway said to me, 'I'm excited by this, let's get involved,' he'd be the first person to hire people to go down and look," Garrison said. "Dave dismissed this."

Garrison added that he wasn't trying to negate the Muldowneys' attempts to get authorities to look into the matter.

"But when you get so many people over the years coming to you with so many things, you become overwhelmed," Garrison said. "If this turns out to be Natalee, then God bless them."

Yes, I have felt that way, too.  But, if my daughter was missing, I think I would have to follow every lead.  It would eat me up to say no, I would always be thinking, was that the one?  That is also why I could never say an emphatic no to checking out the rest of the targets the Persistence located.  What if? 

In the meantime, Joran is running around gleefully grabbing money, from anyone who will pay him, for another hairy fairytale.  I suppose in listing his religion as agnostic he feels he will never have to pay for his offenses against humanity.

If you have noticed, most of his girlfriend`s since the murder kinda resemble Natalee.

He doesn`t want any of that common island rubbish for keeps.

( 1 OR 2 uses tops )  If I know Joran`s brain.

You're probably right Carpe!  But who knows, those girls that resemble Natalee may not appreciate his "smallness".  They may toss him to the curb when they find out what he's not packing. 

Maybe she's crooning to somebody else, the timing was just very interesting to me.

I don't know why she'd ever want him back anyway...didn't they break up because he cheated on her?  Once a cheater, always a cheater imo.  I don't care what he thinks about her, she should think enough of herself not to ever go there again!  Good grief...there's no telling where he's been to put it mildly. 

Not to mention the fact that from his own admissions he made a habit of drugging and raping girls, and KILLED NATALEE! 

I can't believe she's even friends with him on facebook, it's just disgusting!
