It is amazing to me that Chelsea was out running just a week ago tomorrow, and this happened.  LE now has found her body, and has the murderer in custody and charged.  All in less than a week.  We certainly do not see that very often.

Yesterday I posted a few of the missing persons that happened recently. There was a lot of activity in January. I think there 4 or 5 girls went missing in the riverside and san diego area? To me it seemed like a lot.
The sheriff did say yesterday as well they were going back 18 months and revisiting old cases. Of course this needs to be done in all counties and area's. I hope the FBI is in on this.
I do not have a good feeling about Amber, I hate to say that.

What I don't understand, is why are they  only going back 18 months? He had been out of prison longer than that...18 months would have been when his parole was up. Why not go back to cases from the time he was released from prison?

KGTV (10) local news just said (prior to arraignment) that JAG's mom and step dad left down yesterday.

They are stepping up patrols in the neighborhood from fears of other neighbors.
(That area where his mom and step dad live have many townhomes all in a row - on several streets actually - that basically look alike, so I can see how that adds to their fears if someone were angry about what happened that things could be targeted against the wrong home.

Things are being very tightfly controlled in the courthouse.

There is a separate courtroom for the media - with 18 different news outlets there!

They are one courtroom upstairs and then the relevant people (DA, etc.) will be brought down to speak to the media.  (from WS)

The man in the interview said that the person they reported and they think it wa sprobably Gardner, was so creepy, that he could not sleep that night.

He gave police a description of car, and license number even.

Once Garner got off parole, he could go and do what he pleased. That is so scarey. That means these predators off of parole can do as they please.

Amber's dad says this day is about Chelsea, wants to keep the focus on Chelsea but is grateful for the chance to talk about Amber. Acknowledges he had seen JAG on the RSO list but was informed by LE they could not follow him or check up on him, that's LE's job.

Sociopath...He is very scary. Did you see his eyes? He doesn't look scared or worried, he looks pissed off like a chained animal. It is no wonder the couple said he was creepy, he is!

I am sure Gardner didn't care if he was on parole or not. They don't really do anything other then checking in once per year or as advised by their probation officer. I think they need to go back and look at the missing person cases in all of the area's he has lived in back to lets say, 1994 or 1995. Something is telling me once puberty hit he was off.
