The man in the interview said that the person they reported and they think it wa sprobably Gardner, was so creepy, that he could not sleep that night.

He gave police a description of car, and license number even.

Once Garner got off parole, he could go and do what he pleased. That is so scarey. That means these predators off of parole can do as they please.

I watched that video a couple of times and the gentleman was very freaked out by it all

i think the anger from the neighbors, is because they feel betrayed
by who they thought were/are, well educated, and upstanding neighbor
i understand that parents are blinded by the love for their child
sometimes, so maybe they thought all is well with JAG, since he has not
been in trouble. even most of the medical community, cant agree if its
possible for an S.O. to reform
is there away to counsel a neighborhood.

Yes, I would go to the same area.  They need to look for Amber in that vicinity.

Yes he did, and I wouldn't be surprised that if he is responsible for taking Amber she may also be in the area somewhere around where Chelsea was found.

On the subject of parents of these monsters...I can't imagine the heartache and terror parents must feel when they suspect their loved one has committed such a heinous crime, but, in the case of JAG, his mother has been living this nightmare for years. IMO, she knows her son.  I'm going to hold out hope that she's cooperating with LE.

It's really too bad that all RSO's who have violence associated with their crime (which would be most) don't have to wear a GPS monitor as a condition of release. Then at least if LE could check their locations when anything like this happens.

I was not aware of that No Rose.  I can understand them leaving their home at this time; but if they're not helping LE, then I'm disappointed.   

I can't answer if they helped LE at all, that I haven't heard.
