life with out parole consecutive

Count 2 - 33 years to life
serving 3rd consecutive life term.

He pled out in exchange for not getting the DP

murder took place one hour after Gardner took Chelsea

Murder of Amber took place within 1 1/2 hours after taking Amber, he took her up to the place she was found and put her in a grave.
