Apparently his vehicle or what was found inside of it was evidence when they found him.

I was talking with a person who is on the ground .. no names as I want nobody in trouble.
Most of all I do not want this fool to get off.. I want him put away this time forever.

I went into Escondido a little bit ago and drove around. There are lots of FBI and media crew on Lake Dr in the little town of Del Dios. I then drove around the lake on the I-15 side. I did not see much there. I heard an unconfirmed report on the radio that they found a sweatshirt and sunglasses by Lake Hodges. I took some photos, how do I load them here?

The search is now RECOVERY not rescue.

Some of her clothing was found along the shoreline and that had his DNA on it.

Neighbors are outraged.

Witnesses say his pants were wet and a bit muddy from the knee down.

Neighbors are angry that the description from the December attack (which they ARE saying was JAG) wasn't made public because they would have found him before this.

They mention his history and his fascination with very young girls (which doesn't fit Chelsea or the other runner - and makes me increasingly thankful nothing happened at the elementary school right by JAG's family's home)

Chelsea's parents are still hoping she will be found.

Searchers and the community are even more determined to find answers and to find her, even with news of the arrest. Even Chargers players came out to search. (Way to go community!! Way to rally for one of our own!)

Her family is currently meeting with the DA to know what they will be facing.

JAG will be arraigned tomorrow.

They said it was a very rough day at Poway High and most of the campus (and community - per my own observations out and about) was dressed in blue and emotions are very high and parents are very concerned and worried about their own kids.

Actually, there are a lot of men who are around town rather dirty. A lot are in agricultural jobs (San Pasqual Valley is an agricultural preserve), construction (which is going on in the communities due to fires in 07) or taking care of horses etc. Depending how dirty, it might not look so odd. Just my opinion. We do not know if the dirt to his knees is a fact or not.

Actually it is more common than you know - we own a coney island (which is sort of like a family resturant) and we get guys coming in at lunch time with dirt on them - they are construction and road workers along with the guys from the auto shops and auto part places. Also, landlords that are either rehabbing or cleaning out a rental come in pretty dirty.

The best way is to upload them to photobucket (the membership is free) and they will give you a code for posting them in a message board - look for the one that has img before it - just cut and paste it here and it will show up as a pic.
