Speaking of MUGS...I didn't get any mug today..so I don't have Sue's just yet.  If and when I do get it what is the protocol?  Do I swap with Sue and call Cafepress for another? How does that work?

Email or call Cafepress and they will send you the correct one at no charge.  You can either keep the wrong one or send to the other person.

Why would I want to keep Sue's mug?  That is if I even get it.  What is so hard about getting an address right?  We must have them overloaded with orders.  If yours arrives Sue, I will forward to you and then you can have a spare, just in case one gets broken. Two for the price of one...what a bargain!

Lala's - what is happening isn't an address problem but picking errors.  The guy in the warehouse is picking the wrong name.  For instance, if you get Sue's mug, you packing slip will probably say Lala's Personalized Mug.
