A drunk illegal alien plowed into the back of my son's car while he was stopped at a redlight in Arlington, VA when he was a senior at Geo'town.  It took Arlington's Finest over an hour to cut him out of his car with Jaws of Life and Airlife him to National Hospital Trauma Center.

It crushed his pelvis and he has a metal hip socket on one side permanently.  Broke both legs and he was like a frog with his knees by his ears bleeding internally while the rescue workers stood literally in gasoline pouring out of his full tank.

Arlington Fire and Rescue saved his life and they are my heroes until this day.  Occasionally I send them a card and update them on him like when he got married for if not for them, he wouldn't be here.

Drunk illegal alien with no insurance and pregnant wife at home of course.  He got sentenced to six months buy my bot went to court in a wheel chair pale and frimacing in pain and asked the judge for leniency for the man who hit him or it was going to be much more time in jail.  Not sure I would have been a big enough person to do that after watching him screaming in pain, etc.   Sometimes I hate it when kids actually take what we teach them to heart and act on it like that.   I prolly would have asked the judge to hang him, lol.  

Son said no use messing up the man's entire life over one stupid mistake and to her credit the wife of the man did call almost daily to see how my son was doing.  She was nice and I felt sorry for her stuck with that jerk.

Son bled out five units into his abdomen while they tried to get him out of his car.  And I woke up in the middle of the night and statred calling his apartment for no real reason, finally got his roommate.  One of those times I just knew something was very wrong.

Robots, Guido knows something.  I don't know if he helped.  But if Joran and Guido weren't playing tennis that Monday night, and if ALE was watching them, they would know what those two did right?  Right.  Maybe ALE is just to stupid to watch THEM and just waited for them to make an incriminating phone call or e-mail.  

Klaasend, 30 days may be up tomorrow, but would they get extra days because of Christmas and New Years?

I remember hearing that the Octopus left Aruba on Monday the day after Natalee disappeared and didn't come back for a couple of days.  So many people connected to each other on that island-makes me suspicious of all of them.

My son's auto accident was about five years ago.  He is fine and the one who was married last year.  Does set off metal detectors in airports, however.  

I stayed with him for the better part of three months until he could walk with two canes.  His roomies helped push him around and copied all his stuff for classes.  He walked across the stage at graduation with two canes and the entire faculty stood and applauded him.  I glowed for days!

 
But he did graduate on time.  His Profs were great but had to live with him in sophomore girls dorm as that was the only one they had at the time with wheelchair access, etc.  That was a trip, believe me.  Things could get pretty wild but the girls were really kind and helpful.  

Didn't expect to find myself again living in dorm on campus at my age, lol!  Good thing I am not a light sleeper, too.

Robots, dumb people and people who think we're dumb would want us to believe that rape is about sex and therefore it follows that Guido is innocent of the sexual assaults which the boys admitted to in the statements that the police can't seem to locate or that were disregarded by the Judge friend of Paulus who found them unbelievable.  I wonder if those admissions are on the tapes?  We know this is why the DEA agent and Jug and friends were not asked to give statements.  Even Joran's statements that first night had to be edited by police.  Charles Croes spilled some of it to Vanity Fair.  I'm surprised he hasn't committed suicide.

And that is one of the most expensive attorneys in all of Europe, too.  Why the hostile letter?  It is not Guido who is missing but Natalee.  She and her family are the offended parties, not Guido and his parents.

This is something Aruba has always had a major problem understanding.
 

Yes, heavy battery is a very strange term to throw in a year later for no good reason.  Something is up with Guido but we don't know exactly what.

And police wanted to track him down and ask him some more questions. And as they`ve gone back and seen his name reappear in some of those earlier statements from Joran, some of those earlier statements from Satish and Deepak, they wanted to go back, and check it out, and make sure they knew where he was when Natalee disappeared, because, as my sources have told me tonight, he left that shift early at the Holiday Inn and couldn`t be accounted for after that, and they really wanted to tighten that up.

Robots - When I Robots your avatar it reminds me of "Night at the Museum" (where the dinosaur skeleton along with everything else comes to life after the museum closes). I remember you sharing that story with some of us really late night monkeys last year when my daughter was having roommate trouble.  I had forgotten until now.  As I felt then, you are incredible for having managed to get him through that.  I bet you were a proud, proud mommy.  You earned and he did too.

We should find out more about the guy who disappeared in Saba.  I tried searching online but didn't find anything.  I'll try again later. It might help his family and show a pattern of a "Tourism, not Tourists" mentality among the Dutch islands.
