TEVYE, I am reading a murder book about a dude that killed his wife in Michigan. Where is Portage? I think that is how it is spelled.

Portage is about halfway between Grand Rapids and the state line (Indiana, I think). What's the book called?

Thanks, Mission! What kind of weather will I have on Saturday? I'm having most of the sisters over (cept bad sis) for a work/drink mostly drink weekend, and I want to paint the fences. I can deal with anything but rain!

Thanks it is called Murder so Cold. I think the dudes name was Russ Smith and killed his wife Khris. That's about as much as I know because I just started the book.

I don't know about Gardner being paid for it        My husband must be hitting the Ambien again. He said to me, what if we all go up to Yosemite park and camp. I don't do camping, never have, then how about a cabin. I don't do cabins either, there is nothing up there that I need to see but trees. I can look at trees here. Then he really throws me a zinger, how about the Grand Canyon, I do not need to see some hole in the ground either. He probably thinks I would take a jackass down to the bottom, that wouldn't happen in a million years. If I can't do something inside, I don't do it, except walk Zoe and putter in the yard, period. 

Crack me up.  Although if you camped in one of those million dollar coaches will the stuff it might be fun    I love camping but not sure the way we camp is really considered camping we have a 5th wheel some have been known to tease us that it is an apartment on wheels but heck if I am going to be away from home it better be comfortable.  I love cooking breakfast outside that is my favorite part.

If I had one of those that might be different, but I still wouldn't take it anywhere where there was hiking or fishing or outdoors things to do. I would take it up to Seattle and enjoy the views up there and then into Vancouver.    OMG JSM how funny you think the same thing about the Grand Canyon/Brady Bunch. I always wanted to be a Brady, Marcia of course.

They didn't  by the time we got back the driveway and yard was full of leaves. I can't control my urge to start sweeping, I know it is stupid but if you don't keep on top the work after is awful. So far Zoe doesn't seem to upset, but I'm sure she will be.

Not yet, but I have the washer and dryer on, and the tv in two rooms out to drown the howling wind.

When I read all that in Caylee's thread I about split my gut laughing so hard.  My initial thoughts were she meant "hoser"
