BOC  Yippee! But we need a ticket for your Eastwood Monkey.

On the Front Page they have a cartoon where the man is falling off the ladder when removing "Happy" from "One happy island" a few stories ago.

I think the caption should read... "Look out, here comes the Monkey Express!"

OK.. my current take on this: Joran is the Scapegoat for his father and/or  other elders

What a lowlife Paulus is, if he let his son take the rap for him or one of his pig friends.

Yes I agree he is a lowlife.  But his son is the most likely to take the rap because he was the last to be seen with Natalee.  They cannot say it was Paulus because everyone will go down.  So if they promise Paulus that they will get Joran off just let him stay in jail for a few months and he will be free.  They never expected the attention that they got from the murder.  They thought it was going to go away.

Remember Anita's words outside the court house "he was suppose to be safe in here".

Not only did they promise would Joran go free but they would be financially rewarded

IMO the C.Eastwood monkey could get them to talk and tell the truth now... but not physically harm them for justice would be jail, slow and simple.

Tibrogargan;  You can try to find your Canadian friend by looking in the online phone book:

Thanks Leslie.  There is an entry for same name as man she married.  However big problem is I found an entry on Google-ing for her married name where someone with same name was killed in collision with police car around Oct last year.  But cannot find obituary to make sure same person.

A bit indelicate to write and say "Is that your wife that was killed?"
Not an real uncommon name either.  Don't want to put details here as I would not like my name anywhere either, especially under the circumstances.

The informant is on the line.  The Babylonians (the police?) know what happened, but can't do anything about it.  The judges are owned by (in the pocket of) someone else.

So you think Babylonians is a reference to the ALE?  Are you sure?[/quote]

In other Caribbean countries Babylonians are the police.

I have borrowed BOC's broom to go to Post Office.  If they take too long I will tell them Shango is waiting and hurry up.

Shango Says: June 27th, 2005 at 9:44 pm
Babalu opened a window looking into babylon on his 12:31 A.M. Post
DirtyHand is alive
Shango Says: June 27th, 2005 at 9:46 pm
Shango said the key to the Hague did not exist
that door to eden remains closed
until the house with the path
But not of gold
is entered
Shango Says: June 27th, 2005 at 9:48 pm
Babalu knew who dirty hand was at half past 12
Shango Says: June 27th, 2005 at 9:51 pm
DirtyHand walks with the Babylons, the Arawaks and is consort to the fallen elder
The gods are talking

This is the place where Babalu mentioned Dirty Hand as being the police chief.  If I could find my other version of Shango from the FP that had the entire conversation it would make sense.  I don't have any idea where I put it though.

Also, it is clear that Dirty Hand is very closely connected to PVDS the fallen elder.

Do you think this is a reference to ALE?  I can't make that leap yet. Help me out here.

Once again...I need you to prove it to me.  I don't mean PROVE as in shadow of doubt proof, just show me how you came to that conclusion.
