WOW why does she keep on avoiding her parents??? is it because she can't look at them because she knows she killed caylee,so she don't look at them out of guilt..or does she really hate them that much..i just don't understand??

I'd lean more toward the hate answer..mommy and daddy have been bailing her out for her whole life and now they can do nothing...in all the info for where the lawyers money was coming from, I don't recall anything about the A's helping out with any of the financing...coupled together with them taking some of her spotlight away and all the moneys they received for photo's, interviews and the like..I would think KC's hate meter is way up there.

"what about me...all they want to know about is Caylee"   Damn right !

JMO

Straight up!   Good to see you SS and others that I havent seen in a bit...I miss quite a few, like Fee Fi foo Fanny!

Me too Capp..where is Fanny?

I dont know Gypsy but my original post was edited & there should be no reason why it should have been - Im perplexed??

"Why is everyone so afraid of uncovering the truth in this case?" Baez asked at one point.

His stupidity never ceases to amaze me.
He was really inept today, more than usual.

I nearly fell over when he couldn't find his maps and had to 'borrow' Judge S's!! Monkey Devil! Monkey Devil!

Mr. Mason said "If we can prove with evidence at least a reasonable doubt that somebody else had to put that body there when she could not have, then logic 101 controls. That means that somebody else was involved. Doesn't mean necessarily that somebody else did the actual killing..."  That is a bombshell and it appears that somebody, who I believe will be George is going down for putting Caylee's body where she was found. Interesting the wording, doesn't mean necessarily that somebody else did the actual killing

Helloooo Casey defense team, what are you saying here, that you KNOW Casey killed Caylee but she had help covering it up...well duh we already know that!   Last I looked that does not exonerate your client from murder, get real!

Who cares if it implicates her family as accessories after the fact, I would welcome it as that is true justice for Caylee, so knock yourself out silly Clown, Colonel & Beast.

Also, JS seemed to shut the door on the defense's intent to make TES's efforts & experience look soddy by stating in his Order that TES cannot be responsible for people that may have searched with them but decide to go off on their own.   Kiss that one goodbye Bozo!

Yeah--that was good.

Excellent news, now bring on the notes

I agree.     Let's see what the propaganda notes have to say!
Yes, mommy did this and daddy did this, and they were so mean. And Lee he tried to molest me. And Caylee how I love her.

True dat;   For some reason, now I'm thinking the one going under the bus might be CinCin.

No he didn't, know I just noticed that someone commented that Cindy now looks like Joan Rivers with the new hair do, I'm assuming, I had to go back and look at Cindy's pic again

    Poor Joan.

Baez in his arrogant mode just irks me with his smirk smile in court. I dont see anyone else acting like he does. he needs to take a crash course on court etiquette 101.

I think Lee already threw GA, CA and Casey under the bus when he requested immunity.  However ..Lee is a bit simple minded..so I think "he knows a lot about a lot of things"..but I don't think he knows to what extent GA and CA have lied to cover aide and abet their daughter's murderest acts.  I think Lee retreated long ago into a safe place in his mind...personally who can blame him.

I think her letters are going to tell a tale that she has been coached on by Baez.  They should be interesting.  I think he always planned that GA & CA would be outed.. Lee not so much.  It should be interesting to read about her lack of love life, her food preferences, her hate for MA and Pa ...and anyone else she felt inclined to include in her correspondence with her jailhouse penpal.

Casey Anthony: Jail letters could be made public Tuesday
Caylee and Casey Anthony, Jose Baez, WESH, WFTV, WKMG — posted by halboedeker on April, 5 2010 6:55 PM

The public will soon see Casey Anthony’s letters to another inmate at the Orange County Jail.

“Investigative sources called the letters significant, but that’s not what Casey’s defense team told Channel 9’s Jeff Deal,” WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Martie Salt said.

Deal explained: “The time period to try to stop the release of those letters has passed, and so now Casey Anthony’s attorney told me today there was nothing incriminating in those letters, nothing that could link Casey to Caylee’s remains.”

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter.

“Jail letters could be released tomorrow,” WKMG-Channel 6 said tonight. The release could come tomorrow afternoon, WKMG anchor Jacqueline London added.

“Jose Baez tells me he will not object to the release of  letters Casey wrote to another inmate in jail,” WESH-Channel 2’s Amanda Ober reported. “We may get a look at them as soon as tomorrow.”

Capps and others...do you think that the gentleman who was dressed nicely, sitting in the back of the courtroom that Mason went to speak with during the proceedings could have been the "mystery" witness' lawyer?? he looks like an attorney type of guy....
Others had asked who this guy could be and Brandi had done a good screen caption of him...he resembles Mason in a way...know the one that I am speaking of? maybe his "secret witness" that they are saying they have didn't show??? his attorney did, but he didn't ? changed his mind?

O Cookie, girlfriend I do believe you may have nailed that one.   Yup, "the witness" attorney, could very well be...eerily looks like Mason.  Bozo tried to give an excuse that he may have gotten the wrong court room but that is just pure poppycock IMHO

OMG I really do not want to have to listen JVM dramatize but I have to remind myself that if Bozo and/or Mason comes on we need to know what he said...give me strength    Wait Tim Miller is on via phone & of course Mark the legal commentary attorney that appears on every news show possible in one given day is on.
