My apologies for not remembering who asked this question last week or so about two case numbers.   The answer is contained within the FBI hair analysis released today.    There is a case number for the missing person case # 08-609208 and there is a separate case # for the death investigation 08-122093

How is it possible to find no hairs in the vacuums that were analyzed. Cindy and George did a better job of clean up than humanly possible.

How is that possible? Do they mean ANY hairs or just no hairs with decomp?
I have two dogs, one sheds all the time and I vacuum every day. The vac container is packed with hair by the end of the week.

The documents include evidence logs, lab work sheets and information regarding hair samples.

The transcript of an interview also suggested Lee Anthony, Casey Anthony's brother, and his girlfriend, Mallory Parker, have believed for a long time that Casey Anthony killed Caylee Anthony.

As I read it, they were doing a comparative to hair found with showing signs of decomposition  p 64    If that is all that is being referred to when inventoried, it looks like there are a few references 1 pbx found & collected on a few items    i.e. shop vac, brush of steam cleaner

Casey Anthony Charged With Murder In Death Of Daughter

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Nearly 300 pages of documents were released by the state attorney's office Friday morning in the Casey Anthony murder case.

The release included FBI Laboratory examination reports that focused on hair samples and FBI Laboratory chain-of-custody, activity and communication logs. The released documents also contained reports detailing hair samples from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

A transcript of a taped interview with Cecilia Benaida, the sister of Krystal Holloway -- who is also known as River Cruz -- conducted by Orange County Cpt. Eric Edwards was also included in the documents. In the interview, Benaida told investigators her sister and Anthony's father, George Anthony, became friends and she assumed they had a physical relationship. Holloway denied having an affair with George Anthony under oath.

Benaida also said that her sister gave George Anthony about $5,000, but she didn't know what he did with the money, according to the transcript.

Local 6 News reporters are going through the 289 pages and will have a live report on Local 6 News at Noon.

Maybe I misunderstood with the hairs in the vacuums I sure hope I did, because that would be almost impossible to not have hairs in them.  And who in the world has an affair with a married man and gives his wife presents?

Not much in the "new" docs, oh well.  I did notice that the investigators removed a jug of Baquacil from the Anthony shed.  This is interesting since it is a "non-chlorine" pool sanitizer.  Looks as though the A's used Baquacil products to take care of the pool. 

This means that they do not use chlorine for the pool.  So, they didn't have chlorine tablets or even chlorine products laying around that would react with other chemicals to create chloroform, as they claimed may have happened.

Oh well, the prosecution will continue to soldier forward for justice for Caylee, I hope that justice includes a needle for mom and a small cell for GA and CA!

Im not shocked about this after seeing her with Kalani & what could be heard being said on that scene 12/11/08.    At that time River seemed to be supporting George & Kalani asked if River had Cindy's number and to call her.   We have to weigh it against we are viewing things as what on average a person would or would not do, the characters in this case are far from center.

What is interesting is how the heck she afforded it, or could spare to spend that type of money given her economic status, keeping in mind it didnt have to be a rather expensive diamond pendant - depends on what it was & the quality of the diamonds.   Just the same one would think in River's position that she shouldnt be purchasing any diamond jewelry.

So this was what Rozzie was referring to on the radio show about 2 weeks ago when she said she had info on Lee & what she heard from the ground.   O boy, the hammers are flying again!

Nearly 300 pages of evidence was released Friday morning in the case against Casey Anthony.

The documents include evidence logs, lab work sheets, interview transcripts and information regarding hair samples.

Prosecutors said they want to make sure no one close to Casey Anthony has been withholding information to protect her. Detectives also interviewed a local journalist regarding claims that Lee Anthony's girlfriend, Mallory Parker, allegedly told a coworker that Casey Anthony killed her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

A journalist named Rozzie Franco, who has been covering the Casey Anthony case, told detectives a former coworker of Parker volunteered what could have been vital information.

"Mallory knows Casey did something to Caylee ... and she's sure that she killed Caylee," according to a transcript of an interview with Franco.
Detectives pressed further and determined the context of the alleged conversation between Parker and the coworker was that Parker believed Casey Anthony killed Caylee. Casey never confessed the crime to her.

The interview spotlighted the exhaustive work detectives have been doing behind the scenes, interviewing dozens of people who have come in to contact with key players in the investigation to determine if they may know more than they've told investigators.

Also included in the pages, FBI reports on a shop vacuum, steam cleaner and another vacuum believed to have been taken from the Anthony home. None of them contained any hairs with signs of decomposition.

As I read it they were specifically asking for hair with human decomposition...........but I agree, very few hairs were found in or on any of the items, the vacuum, shop vac or steam cleaner. And they have dogs....you betcha those items were cleaned numerous times before the labs got them.....nearly 6 months after Caylee was murdered....

Which leads me to believe as I did in the beginning they KNEW she was dead and made all their plans to get rid of any evidence which would connect KC to the murder. There is NO WAY any vacuum would not be full of random hairs. One thing I did not see was the analysis from the Dust Buster vacuum they had.

Nearly 300 pages of documents were released in the case of Casey Anthony, who is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were discovered near the Anthony family home in December 2008.

The newly released information also included FBI Laboratory chain-of-custody, activity and communication logs and reports detailing hair samples from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Anthony, 24, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in a wooded area of Orange County in December 2008, about five months after Caylee was reported missing. Caylee was 2 years old when she disappeared.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty and has said that she left Caylee with a baby sitter and the two were gone when she went to pick her daughter up.
Orange County Circuit Judge Stan Strickland removed himself from Anthony's case earlier this week amid complaints from her defense team about Strickland's friendship with a blogger.

Anthony's case was given to Judge Belvin Perry, who has called for a case management hearing on April 30. The hearing will be an opportunity for Perry to get all the attorneys together to ensure he has all the information he needs to get up to speed on the case.
