SO now it starts..does this mean Bozo is delaying or just plain scared?

I hope he is scared, but isn't it interesting after 2 years of this and the countless motions he has filed he has never once been "unavailable"?  Hmmm couldn't be because he has a huge caseload defending his many clients and there just happens to be a scheduling conflict? Sarcasm intended.    He has one client and I have to believe soon it will be zero like the zero he his.

Hehe, strange as it may seem he did have other clients (who in their right minds would want him as their lawyer) so the day (Thursday) AFTER Judge Perry announces the day he wants them in court Bozo cancels his court appearances for this coming Friday (he had 2-3), then today files he is unavailable with the Judge just to make it look like he is really unavailable...if you get my drift  Still seems to be trying to play games.

I get your drift  Thank you for the info too that actually surprised me a bit but I really shouldn't be when it comes to him.

If anyone understands your grief it's me. I too just buried my husband on April 16th. It was so surreal the way my four children treated and disrespected my mother and I. We were treated with more dignity and respect from  my husbands family. I am suffering with nightmares! my mother had to be escorted on the plane by wheelchair to and from our destination.
So I know your pain! my husband was a good  man a true christian with such a gentle spirit! he would have been heart broken to know his children acted  in such a manner.

 please accept my sympathy.

I have been having you in my prayers Loco & just know they will continue to be.   I am so sorry you are going thru extra stress at such a difficult time, I hope that those that have caused you undue stress will reflect upon their actions.   Please just know that you have many that care about you who will support you.  If there is anything I can do to comfort you, just let me know because times like this need a kind heart & warm embrace to get us thru.   I'll check in tonight, Im off to get my husband a suit & a few things we will need in the coming days.   

Again, everyone thank you so very much for your prayers & kindness, I will carry them with me now & always.   I'll try to catch up on Caylee's case & others as I go.

Maybe his "stomach issue" came back when he figured out he & his clowns really screwed up royally....Ill be looking forward to seeing what the judge's response is & how soon he will be compelled to clear his calendar - I have a feeling it better be a very legitimate excuse & not that he is partying with his friends in Miami or NY.    I dont know if I were him unless he's rather ill, from the tone of Chief Judge Perry I wouldnt have pushed this unavailable move.
