Morning fellow Monkeys, I have a question for anyone who knows about the upcoming June civil case Zenaida Gonzalez v Casey Anthony. First, does anyone remember the date it gets underway. Second, does it coincide with JB's vacation in any way. 

June 7th is the civil trial.
She has a different attorney for that.The name escapes me.I'll go look.

    Don't feel badly---Dr. Glass doesn't know that it's a scapegoat ----not an "escapegoat"....lol ~ You'd think she would at least have a proof reader.  It's past annoying to wade through her many errors, although her articles are interesting & entertaining.

I agree she needs hooked on phonics her spelling is not very professional  for her position.

Acquitted for reasonable doubt, honestly at least it was good for a much needed giggle.  Here is the question for this defense...excuse me but for the exception of a few nutjobs & nitwits who has any reasonable doubt?   Yea good luck with that!

IMO this one lonely HAIR is not a big deal at all. Casey dragged her kid all over the place to 'party' ALL the time. The hair could have come off Casey's clothing or from the car trunk or from Caylee's clothing...or a number of different places. If they think this will get her acquitted for reasonable doubt...they need to quit being stupid   

Hi Monkeys---If you're stupid you don't know you're stupid so you can't stop being stupid.  Casey and Caylee are not the only people ever to visit that site. The hair could have come from anyone and could have blown in with the storm or floating in on flood water.

As far as Baez' latest motion (Or whoever might claim to have written it, if I had written it I wouldn't admit it) not a chance of a snowball in .....well, you know.  In many of their motions I can see a point where there is a chance that  someone else, i.e. a judge might see it differently than I do, but in this motion.....Nada, zip, zero.

Hi Ono----I am often astonished at Dr. Glass' poor spelling skills.  Surely a woman in her professional position should know better, or have a secretary who does. Some of her mistakes, i.e. "Escapegoat" are malopropisms, but most of them are just poor spelling. I find it annoying, too, but putting that aside, her articles are interesting.

I just read Dr. Glass's latest article.  IMO George did NOT get with River to get a hair sample and set her up.  IMO River most likely talked with George and told him about her lawsuit that she won and won money from...(the young hysteric boy tried to get her to give him money because he knew she had it).  Once George got a taste of the easy money, he stayed as long as the money pot kept giving...when George asked River for $400 and she didn't have it...he kept on not meeting her (he probably was waiting for her to say I've got the money).  Didn't work that way; River broke it off with George because he didn't show up...no more easy money. 

I noticed in Dr. Glass's article, too, that River is still alluding to an "affair" by way of saying multiple times that George was in her bed.

George gambled and lost...again!!

How STUPID this is!! Casey didn't even have a job.  She was a "financial ruin" in an of herself!

Anyone with a brain cell can understand that, and if they can't, the SA is certainly capable of explaining it so that the one-cellers can understand.

Defense Says Death Penalty Used To Financially Ruin Casey Anthony

How STUPID this is!! Casey didn't even have a job.  She was a "financial ruin" in an of herself!

Especially with her check fraud conviction.  I so hope the new judge rips Jose for this one.
