Wow - I was on the phone ..since my last post.

I am just going to throw this out to Capp - for her to read. I can't copy or paste the document.

This is in regards to Baez's "Notice of Unavailability".  My questions are linked within this document I found online. The document is of rules of court room of Judge Jenifer M. She states within her " Court " Rules" as follows on page 4 - mid to end of page - (link below)
 She says within her Court Room that All Counsel will be present in her Court room for Hearings~ unless there is a "Notice of Unavailability" filed.
This is where my question is for Cappy or any other Legal Monkey's - Does this mean that Court will be able to operate as normal within the Law as "Motions are filed" or otherwise~ Without ONE of Defense counsel present?  I don't understand. She does offer up a disclaimer at the bottom of the document that these are her " Rules" within her court room. That is my other question? Is she stating Florida Law? or    is this her personal standards within her Court Room of the 9th District - I am confused. It is unclear to me, since I am not a legal monkey.  I found her verbage though within the document to say - Court will go on even if there is one person of counsel " on leave, vacation etc" ...........

Knowing that I have slept once or twice since this all began, but I thought that I thought momster originally did fill out a paper when first incarcerated saying she was indigent.  Did I dream this?  If I didn't dream this, how do you go from too poor to too wealthy in such a short period of time?  (I know the answer about selling the pics of precious Caylee, but I'm asking legally.)  If I dreamed it, just ignore me or if you have already discussed it, ditto on the ignoring.
 

You know, I think you are right............I will see if I can find that, because I was very suspicious how she ended up Bozo.

Turbo, I don't recall that it was ever determined how she "found" her bozo.  I believe it was stated, though assuredly not confirmed, that another inmate gave her his name.  I believe that was debunked as not being possible as she wasn't around anyone for that to occur (although I am now going hmmmmm and wondering about a corrections officer).  There was speculation also, if I am remembering correctly, that momster knew bozo's daughter, but that was found to be not true.  Sure would be interesting to know how she went from rags to riches (gag myself here) almost overnightand how bozo yanked this case from the application of indigent to his pay-per-motion defense (my thoughts cause I believe he thinks the more motions, the more important he is, the more intelligent - ugh! he appears -- guess that's true when he look in the mirror).  I think that is what all that in camera stuff was about, but with this group, who knows.

Sister I may be wrong ...so much to recall. That when Slore was first arrested that another inmate within " Hold" slipped Casey Baez's business card or phone number?? That she Casey called Bozo right then and there ...when she was first arrested.

She certainly did not call her Mother or Father for aid " she grasped for an outsider" which I believe was Baez .. the first and only Atty she called.
I maybe wrong but that is what I recall ..

This just burns me up when I think about all the kids that don't have regular meals,much less snack food.

Did anyone else catch this little tidbit.. up at the top under Order Form it states she's in General Pop..ummm does this mean she's no longer under supervision???  If so wonder when this happened and it all took place right under our noses!
