Yea, I was mixing a meatloaf and WFTV had breaking news after just reporting on the case....then they said Strickland recused himself, so I had to run and tell you guys!

I hope they get a mean mean mean nasty judge!

I knew he would because he is a man of integrity - I am praying for a "hanging judge" to take his place.

Curly we could probably save a small forest if they quit filing all these crazy motions.   

They are desperate and desperate people do desperate things.................they have NO DEFENSE and this may be the very thing which finishes KC off if they get a new judge. This judge has gone overboard to accommodate them - even helping Bozo get his motions and words right in court. If they get the judge changed, it will be the end of their case because NO OTHER judge is going to put up with all the nonsense they have thrown out there. It might be the best thing for Caylee's justice.

ORLANDO -- Judge Stan Strickland has recused himself from the Casey Anthony case.

The move comes after Anthony’s attorneys said Strickland had an inappropriate conversation with the man who blogs about the case.

The blogger, known on his site as Marinade Dave, is getting messages from his followers encouraging him to keep his head up.

Dave Knechel said he never looked for trouble.

Knechel said the judge had noticed his writing and told him, in person, he thought his blog was fair.

This is just out of control!!  OMG, I cannot believe that this is really happening.  Marinade Dave has turned out to be a WMD--a Weapon of Mass Destruction!  I hope the defense gets what they deserve...a judge that will smack down every single one of their ridiculous motions. (and get Cindy and George to quit chewing gum.)

They said on the news also that this could tie the case up for a couple of months while they find a new judge.  Hopefully it won't hold it up, and they can find a hanging judge as Turbo said!

Turbo I hope you are right and they get Judge Perry.  Every time there is one step closer for Justice for Caylee it seems the defense takes it back 4 steps.
