Honestly, that is the first time that I've ever watched more than a minute or two of the Colts play. I always knew they'd tick me off, so I never watched, til tonight. Whew! Gonna take awhile for both Justin and me to settle down to sleep.

In reading your thingy under your avatar. The warsh statement. Our son as a small child had speech therapy for talking like a Mainer. LOL so he became very critical of my speech. Growing up here in the midwest I also say warsh.

He said later as a teenager that he really did not mind me saying warsh since he had gotten used to it., but it really bothered him when I said George Warshington. LOL

Can't get onto the Colts' official site. Everyone in Indiana is probably going there. And Indianapolis has got to be going nutzo! LOL!

Dihannah  No the bushfires are not near us although we have had some near here earlier in the summer.  Sydney is a long way from us and we actually live in Tasmania which is an island south of mainland Aust.  I think they have had some rain around Sydney which would help contain the fires.

Sue   Laughing  Laughing  Most people want to kidnap a koala.  If you tried it you would get a very long free holiday without any touring!

Tibro, I just checked , Sans instructions are on the testing thread. Page 6. The same one you just tried to test. Now I have never tried them so.......

Robert Cooke of Rachel Cooke.org they sponser self defense classes for women and children. One of the things he has said is that children as young as 8 can be taught this move that will allow them to break lose from an abducter who grabs the childs arm. I wish they would put that move online. They said it would have saved Carlie Brucie.

I had a chat with Grandaughter last week when Shawn and Ben were found. I told her if someone grabbed her by the arm to lay down on the ground and scream. That it is much more difficult to drag a child who is on the ground kicking and screaming than one who is standing. I just hope she would remember.


The national website is www.rad-systems.com.  Click the link for "program locator" on the left for instructors and trainers in your area.  The great thing about this program is that it is a combination of self-defense and AWARENESS of your surroundings.  You would be surprised how many children/teens would not hesitate to walk into unlit parking lots and streets.  In addition to learning how to evade assailants, they also learn how not to put themselves into those situations to begin with.
