I recall way back I looked up Dr. Lee and his work. He not only teaches courses - he speaks publicly ...IIR he charges 10k for each time he speaks ........ I will have to look up to confirm.

I don't think Dr. Lee is hurting.

Good morning monkeys,

Up at 6am, Oregon time.  I love this new judge, I finally feel Caylee is getting the respect she deserves.

No blanket seal, the blanket that held her precious body in that swamp all those months was at the hand of her mother.  She didn't stop with a blanket, she bagged and threw her out like the trash found on Suburban.  They can't hide their attempts in defending her, they can defend her just fine with everything out in the open, just as the Florida Sunshine Laws intended. 

Too bad she left a stinking car, too bad she never reported Caylee missing, too bad she invented a *nanny*.  Too bad, her family has helped her every step of the way in covering up the murder of Caylee.  Too bad, so sad, NOT.  The only too bad is that Caylee was murdered by her mother.   Casey made this mess and she deserves no blankets of comfort and help now.

I am so relieved this courtroom is now giving Caylee the respect she deserves.  Justice for Caylee.

I CANNOT BELIEVE anyone still wants to use Dr. Lee after his Phil Spector Trial debacle!  IMO that man's credibility is completely shot!  But hey ... that's just me ... not Bozo apparently!

Oh, and Bozo had to be reminded to bring up Jeanene Barrett, the mitigation specialist and the other expert witness.  Nice, Baez, you are so prepared!

Of no real importance, but I passed up a forensic/crime course for my home schooled high school son because it was based on a book written by the famous(infamous) Dr Lee.  Morning monks, have a busy day and didn't think I would make it here this morning.

Casey has family members outside of Fort Anthony ??
Not heard of teleconference - or Fed Ex ??  She is not documented in the visitors log at the Jail is she ??

Visits preparing for Death Penalty Phase of a Trial

The day after  Casey’s last court appearance on December 11th,  Andrea Lyons and Jeanene Barrett paid a visit to Casey.  Jeanene Barret is a Mitigation Specialist who works with Andrea.  “”A mitigation specialist assembles the pieces of a client’s life, whether they’re birth records, grade school report cards, Boy Scout memorabilia or prison disciplinary records. A competent mitigation specialist also knows how to talk with a client and their family, sometimes about subjects such as child abuse and drug abuse.”" source      They must  provide a compelling narrative about a client’s life for an attorney to argue before a jury to get life vs. the death penalty.  Jeanene Barrett has visited with Casey a total of 11 times starting in June of 2009.
