Ok I'm starting to get the picture.  Bozo had to go all over the US to find "experts" who didn't think his client was GUILTY!  All the experts in Florida said "I'LL PASS" ...

I wonder about this because doesn't Bobo want the photo's etc thrown ..out. That the photo's are " prejudice".  I wonder who this Expert is and who's their Pal ?? who's their Buddy on the defense team. Is this someone's college friend or coworker ..some thing along that line.

Since the two of the named experts are affiliated and work for Lyon's Criminal Case Study group at DePaul  I am leaning toward any of these no named expert to also be connect to Lyon and DePaul.

Hey, someone on WS just brought up the fact that Henry Lee said on Nancy Grace that he was working pro bono.

There -- you know, case history, case example, many time we`re allowed to work on the case together. Many of my cases, I let the defense expert observe. It`s nothing wrong.

Poor Bobo brought up the word Skype and now looks like he is going to pass out when Judge P said he could have Skype available in the court rather than travel to testify.

It is def a way to save a ton of money ... Skype.  Its secure and live.

Judge Perry appears "exhausted & short of temperament"  by the redundancy of Bobo's circle talking of experts.
