When JAC said the records have to be specified by motion Bobo was shaking his head in a no no direction.  Seems he does not want to actual go through the correct due diligence as it may create some work, yet they can file all the motions as the students are more than likely doing it.

He's still wanting the tips from the tip hotline?!  Wasn't that thing only open when Caylee was thought to be still alive?  What good could that possibly be to them at this point?  Looks to me like the defense is still grasping at straws to find their defense ???

The Jar just said he filed TODAY reconsideration of all prior motions.  So they are opening up everything that JS did not rule in their favour.  This case will never get to trial.

Why would the Tips from the sheriff's department truly be of importance -
" other than possible sitings of Caylee" which Cindy seemed to be in control of at all times - Running her Mouth to Media -that public was calling her personal cell with sitings. Gag me. 

Since No One but Casey has ever been named from day one " Person of Interest"
The Police/FBI never did a Man Hunt for a suspect that Took Caylee or Harmed Caylee  - before during or after - Caylee being reported missing - when she was missing - or after she was found.

They didn't have to Hunt ZG down. They found her and questioned her and she was omitted.
If anything they only need the 911 calls that Cindy made. Even the Anon tip call she allegedly called into the sheriff's dept to create alibi for Slore.
