The Jar just said he filed TODAY reconsideration of all prior motions.  So they are opening up everything that JS did not rule in their favour.  This case will never get to trial. 

Well, just another thing they'll be sorry about doing...Perry will schedule those motions to be heard as quickly as possible and he'll run through them in a jiffy!!

Court went well today....gotta love JP!!  Casey still does not want to show any interest in her own life....hmmmmm.....must be real hard for her to hear JP continuously remind her how this is a murder 1 case with life or death as her sentence if found guilty. I love it every time he says it. But her? No reaction, other than boredom. How can an innocent person not give a rats ass about what is going on in her trial when death is at stake?

Okay, color me confused! 
I saw the sidebar--Did Bozo get his in camera?   And wth is so freakin' important that he has to sneak around and not let it be public? 

He never got his in camera and the Judge ordered the court reporter to be part of the side bar.  This is not going the way the dream team had it all planned to go.

And just think ... we get to see A.L. try to unravel Florida law next week.

I still get a sense that The Jar has some sort of old personal vendetta towards Judge Strickland, but I may be wrong.

BOZO wants his travel paid for......JP says NO!!!  BOZO says he makes $5.00 an hour!  LOL  I LOVE JUDGE PERRY

Bobo is rude for slipping his little jabs in where he can.  Saying he makes $5.00 then maybe he can go flip burger to make some travel money.  I noticed a few times where he was slipping in statements like that today.

Yes he was several times.  I think that goes against the conduct in court document they were to review and he can not help himself it seems to slip those statements in. 

He just cannot seem to control himself.   It's so dis-respectful.

Every Time Judge Perry said  " ONE"  I kept thinking of the song by Three Dog Night ..

One is the loneliest Number .. Bobo.  That was  said by the JAR we only pay travel for Pro Bono counsel if their is ONE.  Judge Perry how many times did he say  " ONE" you may have ONE.

I like how he stated in full clarity, very simple - Magic Question:  Ask the individual if they know the case and if their opinion is " formed" if so move along ...next.  Should only take One Week. 15mins or so per person to find the 12 + 6.

I think the defense doesn't want Casey to attend the hearings, not because of the scrutiny of the public of her clothes, etc, but because they cannot control her and they know if she hears something she does not like, there will be hell to pay.  I also think it has to do with Cindy and George.  Her ignoring them when they have stood by her so long is such bad public relations. 

IA, she isn't right in the head (not insane, off kilter)  and there's no way to hide it. The A's too, because they've set up their phoney baloney pep rally section, it's an act and I really think they will tire of going to these things just to pretend to support her.  HA HA they lost...again

I enjoyed this hearing to the utmost. Bozo got his celebrity status brought down a few notches. lol. I love me some Judge Perry. You could just feel the contempt he has for Bozo with every question he asked him. And most of the experts he has spoken to and they have done all these long hours of investigation and it is to late to change....I call BS. The only one who has done anything is Lee and all he did was come and plant some hairs in the trunk. Bozo is just an arrogant azz idiot. Wonder how well he is respected in the dog community?

They keep highlighting that this is so important, DP, and all..yet who is front and center?  Bozo, the most inept one. Makes no sense to wait and let CM take charge only at trial, all this sets the stage for trial.  Point is, I think Bozo's ego simply will not sit second chair.   Plus, did anyone see him texting/reading toward the end?

Wow, the minute Mason approached the bench, the woman got up and took his seat. And Casey began writing to her.

I believe that is Bobo's assistant, at the last meeting she helped him get some papers out of a briefcase.
What is interesting to me is that she has a cell phone in her hand and Casey is writing a note, I think this person is relaying a message to someone for Casey. To who, C and G or maybe Lee?   I could have swore Casey mouthed thank you to her when she got up.
