She is suing the State of Florida for funds for the defense which it sounded like she expects to lose before she can even mount it, She compared the experience to the Salem Witch Trial, although it sounded even worse. It is like Alice in Wonderland, “first the verdict and then the trial.”  WTH, I just know I'm living in a parallel universe 

    And you actually survive the HaLeigh threads too.   My hat's off to you--you're a stronger person than I am.

I don't think His Honor Judge Perry will take a liking to all/numerous snide remarks in these Motions, beginning with calling Judge Strickland "disqualified" and going further to disparge LE with acting like they know what LE is thinking, etc.  Not going to be a pretty day when His Honor reads all this crap.

I started reading, but will have to finish tomorrow, had enough of all this defense bs for one day. So far what I've read is it appears the motions are the ones that Judge Stickland already ruled on. Guess they want another go at it all.

Esquire means attorney/lawyer.  I guess I could call myself an Esquire, but it wouldn't be true.  It's about the same as bozo calling himself a good lawyer, it ain't true either.  But, he does have the right to the title.

  I wish that whoever picks out her clothes would do a better job, geez it is time for clothes that fit proper. Such nonsense, she is staring at the DP and she is worried about someone criticizing her. Got to wonder if what Mason was saying today is an attempt at she isn't mentally stable, she would prefer to stay in her cell because it is upsetting to her what people say. That had to be a ploy, or at least I hope so.
