Before this case is over, CinCin is going to blurt something out and cause a scene, IMO.  She just cannot help it.

Casey is really " tuned out" isn't she...she looks as though she is a mannequin. OR she is going to stop breathing ... at any moment

I think it's dawned on her she is in serious trouble.

I think she has realized that her parents can't help her and her attorneys can't do diddly for her. I have always believed the BOZO blew smoke up her nose making her believe he could get her off from the beginning and now the CRUNCH is here, she SEES her future.

That's for sure. She looked like she was going to fall over at any second. This is a no longer " Her Game" nor is it the Duhfense's playing field... it is Judge Perry/Public/State and her fate.  I guess Baez/Mason got what they wanted when Judge Strickland stepped down. I would love to be a fly on the wall to hear Judges Strickland's opinion of today's proceedings. Yes, Indeed the Irony was very Rich Today.

I missed it.   Was there any response from KC?   Did KC even see it?

Unfortunately the camera didn't show KC at the time but I am guessing not, she never looks their way and I am sure she was a bit blind sided by the tone of this hearing and didn't know what just hit her.

I bet Cindy's actions are all for show anyway.    What a dumbazz.   Doesn't she realize she's going under the bus?   jmo

I think Judge Strickland is a nice man, but he never grabbed the bull by the horns, now after all this wasted time someone finally is. If Judge Perry would have been the judge all along, Casey would be a fleeting memory, and Caylee would have gotten her justice.

If change of venue, location will not be disclosed until last minute  that means no handpicking venue BOZO

that is great, and I really hope no change of venue.

In the large cases here they bring in juries from another part of the state and sequester them rather than moving the court proceedings because of the cost. It serves the same purpose of having jurors not from the local area and since they are sequestered anyway there is very little additional expense for the taxpayers. To move a trial of that magnitude with all the witnesses would be a complete waste of money since all the witnesses would have to be provided for in transportation, housing, etc. They won't do it in this state since it serves no purpose.

Yes I did. I'm thrilled today looks like it finally has put the fear into Casey, this is no longer a game for her, and she must realize she is going down. I just wish this judge would have been the judge all along.

One thing I noticed....Casey was NOT playing with her hair today or adjusting her clothes with her chest pushed out. I think all that was preening for Judge Strickland. George and Cindy looked like warmed over death this morning.
And stupid Bozo does not want the jury sequestered so they can watch his brilliant interviews after court everyday.

I like Judge Perry, he does not sit and consider, he just tells it like it is.

Omg if she wasn't chewing her fingers, she had her fist practically in her mouth ..notice how she was sitting too ...like a weak, melted scorned Anthony. George was sitting as if he had a stick up him...straight as a pin. I wonder if his LE days were flashing back to him. That he actually was sitting showing respect...for once. No smirking..no shaking his head back and forth as he did in Judge Strickland's Court Room... He actually looked as though " George Gets it " This is Real for the first time. Its about time that the Anthonys Show some respect. I guess today was a turning point from them all visually * Casey included " They are not Above the Law".
